how to make PM Action tab Read only in Equipment Object Navigator PM Action Tab needs to make as read only, remove new, modify   from the PM Action Tab  

I have read the document “News in IFS Automation 22R1” in which mentioned: in IFS cloud 22R1, the ML service images were separated from PSO. But when I logon IFS Cloud, the ML menu is only for integrate with PSO.   I’d like to know more how to set up and use the ML model in IFS Cloud without PSO. Are there any examples or exist models can be used directly?  I want to create predictive maintenance jobs through ML.Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I wish you are well. I am getting the below error while closing the WO. any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the cause?   tried to enable and disable the “equipment is down at WO creation” but it's not helping on both WO & WT.  I really appreciate your help here. BR 

I am trying to configure a custom menu invoking the IFS standard function “Mark as Incorrect” on Measurements for object window. The objective is to set multiple measurements as incorrect at once instead of doing it one by one. But the REG_DATE on this windows behaves differently that when we pass the date parameter to the method, the below error occurs.I have included the plsql block for reference. If anyone can help, it will be of great help.  

Dear all, We have an issue with the filter on Object Balance Analysis on 23R1, we can only select one period at the time. We would like to select all periods of a year or a range of periods.Can somebody help us ? Kind regards  Christophe

We are a mining and ready mix operation with approximately 200 mobile pieces of equipment.  In our previous fleet management system, we could download fuel tickets as either ROAD (filled up at a gas station using a card) or Company (filled up at one of our fuel locations on site that store inventory.This was not done as a work order, but essentially a material requisition at the object level.Is anyone aware of any capability within IFS that allows this?  We have been told that it will require work orders to be completed, just to charge fuel to an object.We want to be able to track to the object so we can identify costs properly and trends, such as an object using more fuel than standard.

Hi Everyone, hope you are well today.Basically, I wanted information about the relations between PM action, WO, and WT. I am aware that in IFS 10 there is a direct relation of PM with the work task. so my question here is on the work order screen(being a principal screen) why is the object ID not being considered which appears to be blank sometimes? Can I please get to know any solid reason why the automatically generated WO does not have an object ID in it however WT has an object which is totally fine. BR BT

Hi,  When a Serial Objects (Ownership: Company Rental Asset) position is ‘In Inventory’ what is the correct process for assigning that SO with a superior structure (‘Belongs to Object’) such as maybe a group, or a department (Functional Object)?Steps I have followed so far:Create Inventory Part (serial tracked) Receive Inventory Part (via NREC or PO) Ownership: CRA Make Part Serial ‘Maintenance Aware’ This creates the Serial Object with the Serial No matching the Inventory Part in Stock record. At this point, the Serial Objects position is ‘In Inventory’ Im therefore unable to select a ‘Belongs to Object’ as you receive the error stating its not possible due to the position being ‘In Inventory’If I start the creation at the Serial Object stage, entering the Part No and Serial No, im able to select a Belongs to Object therefore placing the Serial Object within a Functional Object.Im then however, unable to receive the Inventory Part into stock with the matching serial, as the Part Seri

Dear community.In pevious versions it was possible to use mashine individual events to create WOs based on these events for the production employee.With these events maintenance WOs where created and maintenance could start working right away.With the new period logic, this seems to be impossible to recreate. How is it possible to use events for a very quick WO creation in order to have a production employee create WOs with just one click? T&R

Hello, Is there a transaction in IFSAPP10 that allows us to see future available resource capacities? Our company is new to IFS and we seem to be just rolling the work forward when we get to that point. it would be good to see what resources are available in the future and plan work accordingly. We are using the Resource Monitoring Gantt for daily use and weekly planning, can this be set up to see availabilities? ThanksCory

Can we issue the material together by selecting multiple lines in Aurena/Work Order/Work Task/Material after reservering the material ?  

Hi,We are trying to further digitize our asset management process and one basic step in that process is rate our assets condition on a numbered scale.Input data on such a rating is difficult to automate and there are many parameters (number of fault reports, inspection remarks, unplanned stops etc).We will have to store data for condition rating purposes and have concluded that a number of custom configurations are necessary. Do we have anyone out there that has implemented something similar to what I am descriping? Best RegardsAnders

Hi everyone , I was having a query basically on the rule ID concept. the scenario here is work orders are generated without Object ID. and the PM is connected to the Rule id. so just wanted to confirm this, is this the functionality that if the PM is connected to Rule id then object id will not flow on the work order OR I am missing something?  thanks in advance. 

Hi all,In IFS PM Action it is possible to set an accumulated condition (like running hours). When there are at least three values in IFS, IFS calculated the maintenance plan.My question is more related to when we have a lot of running hours registered, how does IFS calculate the maintenance plan? is there some documenation on this topic?How many registered hours are taken into account (all, latest 10 measurments, or latest 12 Month?) and is the maintenanc eplan always calculated lineair based on these values? I got a question of a customer who wants to know if there is a possibility to have seasonal calculation? so for example it is know that during the summer the runnig hours are less then in winter time. Can IFS take this into account within the calculation?Thanks! 

In Cloud for Mobile Work Order... if a New Demand of Material arises for different site for the same Work Task, then there is no options to select different site in Mobile Work Order, if we select New Material Demand(Purchase Requestion) then by default it fetches the Work Task Site… is there an options to configure and add different site in Mobile Work Order ?

Hi all,Is there someone who can advise me on a better way to report time on a Work Task, so it is easier than my way?One of my customers is working have Work Tasks without assignments. They just have Work Tasks and they execute them in a certain order. They can be executed by people of the same site, but different maintenance organizations and different resource groups. The hours are reported by one person for all employees.When this person wants to create a time report line, then automatically his data is filled, so the connected employee, maintenance organization and resource group. Now we have to clear all this data before he can fill the applicable employee.So what I want is that we create a new line and that the information of the logged in user does not fill automatically.So far we do this in the Work Task in the tab Time Report and also with ethe RMB Report Time on the Work Task.Any suggestions are welcome 😊 Thanks, Robert

Is it possible to add some custom field on  IFS MWO 10 service app?

Were have our current fleet solution coming to end of life and we are looking to decide the best way to manage our fleet going forward. Our IFS license agreement does not have the asset management module, but we do use some custom pages to manage our mobile devices, laptops, software licences etc but am not sure if this would work for our fleet. If anyone has any experience of using IFS for this purpose, can i ask how you use it?We are also looking at third party apps that could integrate with IFS. 

Is there a place/screen to find out that if SLA is attached to Work Order/Work Task in Cloud and the same has elapsed in Work Task… Duration of Elapsed days of SLA
