how to make PM Action tab Read only in Equipment Object Navigator
PM Action Tab needs to make as read only,
remove new, modify from the PM Action Tab

This can be done by a quick mod in the Visual Studio code. There we have properties to Disable/Enable the New| Modify| Remove properties.
On the other hand, some workaround configurations can also be considered to
- Completely hide the tab.
- Make all columns Read only.
