Can we link a same employee to multiple sites when linking employees in Service?
Normally employee original site will be taken.
This employee has been already linked as MCPR linked employee.

You can link employees to as many sites as you have, as long as they are linked to those sites.

You can create the same maintenance organization for all of your sites and connect employees to each one of the maintenance organizations for all the sites they are members of.
I cannot show screenshots, as I am in a much later version of IFS and crafts have gone away.
Connect your maintenance employees to sites per user then for all the sites they are connected to in the sites per user they can be in that site’s maint. org.
Same with Crafts, and with crafts it is easier as crafts are more oriented to sales and maintenance organization is more oriented to finance. You can have multiple of the same craft connected to different sales parts and you can connect your employees to all crafts in the sites they have per the sites per user table.
