Hi, everyoneWe have a situation where the user created a wrong time report with over 200h appointed.I reopened the WO and tried to delete it by removing the cost line as we would normally do, but we can’t delete it because the Transaction Status is Transferred  What do I need to do to delete this time report? Thank you

Hello Dream Team,I am going through two relatively large Maintenance Orders to experience the ELS characteristics. The two are very similar except that, for the second, I wanted to try subtasks how IFS would be like (Pics OM 1 and 2).The repeating subtask belongs to tasks that go into the same WO. So, as an additional step, I went into MRO and Fleet Operations\Heavy Maintenance Execution\Work Order Management\Work Order Structure and used the Set WO Master/Duplicate command to optimize it (Pic 3).I am repeating the same process to move forward quickly throughout the WO:Alocate resources. Release WO. Set technicians status to Work Started. Pick Materials. Set tecnicians status to Finished. Anotate Action Taken. Do the inspector Sign Off (Mechanic Sign Off occurs when I set the respective technician status to Finished. Set the materials as Non Invoiceable. Set the Work Task to Finished. Set the WO status to Finished.Right on the WO for the subtasks, I have been give the msg ‘Actual Start

The help only refers to the acknolegement letter, but even there the value is not mentioned. T&R

Hi,In IFS Cloud, I’ve created a Survey with Workflow Type as ‘Work Assignment’ and added it to a Workflow Configuration with Configuration Type as ‘Work Task’.In Workflow Configuration, selected the Mandatory option for Surveys as shown below.In mWO Service, I’ve added answered the Survey questions and while trying to Complete the Work Assignment, I get the below error. If I uncheck the Mandatory option, I do not get this error. Shouldn’t it check if the user has already answered the Survey at least once and allow to Complete/Incomplete/Cancel the Assignment?Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

We have recently upgraded to 22r2Suddenly, today, we are unable to Start work on the mobile due to this error.MWO appearance has also changed - it is as if it thinks all of our tasks are pickup tasks (we are not even using inventory).Can anyone advise why we are seeing this

I am aware Browser language/locale controls how Aurena client displays Date Formats on the browser. However, how do we change the date format on Aurena Native Apps such as Service Engineer App?Currently we have only installed MS Edge and language preferences are set on Edge setting to pick English (UK). This works fine on Aurena client (IFS Cloud 22.2). However, Service Engineer app running on the same laptop is showing the date  in US format.  Device Region format is set-to English (UK) as well. How do we change the date formats for Aurena Native Apps? Window and other platforms? 

Hi,Can we add custom Assistants within the MWO Work Details page similar to Expense or Time screens through Configuration? For example: For Expense screen, we have the Entity ‘ExpenseVirtual’ but I do not see an option to view how the ‘ExpenseVitrual’ Entity was created and linked with Expense Assistant.While trying to create a custom Assistant/Page using the custom Entity I’ve created, it gets redirected to the browser and also the page doesn’t load. Please let me know if we have any reference document. Thanks

Hello,I would like to send custom Push Notifications to mobile. Below are 3 queries:1st query: Using the App Model, can we include conditions when to send the notification to mobile or is that a separate process? In the Cloud documentation, I can only see the message to send. I believe, updating the app model and creating a projection action is a customization and not possible through configuration. 2nd query: Custom Alert Messages - Is this referring to Alert messages displayed based on conditions which will be visible to the technician for few seconds and then disappear when the mobile app is open? Do we have any reference on how we can perform this action? 3rd query: Can we restrict/modify the “New Assignment” notification logic to send only on certain conditions and not every time an assignment is transferred to mobile? I would like the Control type of the field to be ‘AddressField’ to display a Map.But when I open the MWO Service, the below error is displayed. Hello,Is there a way to display the Map Position added to an Assignment in My Work and Work Details screen in mWO Service which the technician can utilize to navigate?I’ve tried adding the Entity ‘TaskMapPosition’ to the Work Details screen with baseline attributes Latitude and Longitude. But the fields are displayed as normal text fields and not Address Fields which can be used for navigation.I do not want the Latitude and Longitude to be linked to an Address or Location. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi, When we incomplete an assignment, there is a field to set remaining hours for the Activity. That is ‘Remaining hours to complete work’When the mobile user decide to incomplete an assignment and then he adds few hours to ‘Remaining hours to complete work’ field. When the mobile user add these additional hours, what will happen in the background.Should it create a new demand line for the same work task or more follow-on allocations? For the time being it seems that non of them are happening.  Do you know how this should work? Thanks and Regards,Nethmi 

Hi ,When i have a work task with only one planning line ‘PLANNING’ tab in work task, where ‘Work Order Cost Type’ is ‘FixedPrice’  and Qty to Invoice is 1 with applicable sales part and sales price. If i now try to create a copy of the work task i.e. New Work/Copy Work Task, i get the error “Field [SALES_PRICE] in Jt Task Planning may not be specified for new objects.Has anyone seen this error and knows a work around to resolve this error.Regards,AK

Hello, We are planning to use Aurena (technician/ maintenance portal). Yesterday I received feedback of our technicians that the interface is not that intuitive. I am hoping you can assist me in improving the application for our technicians.What we would like is to view the Task Steps underneath the Work Order. This would enable the users to instantly know what work the task contains. I already know the “Definition” of a Work Task Template pulls through to the Work Task. But is it possible to add a view of task steps? Or possibly the Job Description?  If not, would it be possible to edit the view of Work Details to include Task Steps? (And to exclude irrelevant information such as components from the Task Information?)  

Hello,I would like to view all the Service history for a Site in MWO Service even when an Equipment is not associated to the Work Task. I assume we cannot use the "Service Book" screen for this functionality since it is associated with Objects/Equipment.Therefore, I've created a new List element with the entity "HistoryJtTask" within Work Details screen in MWO Service. I do not get the desired output but rather can view only the specific Work Task which I’ve opened.Am I missing any logic or is there any other baseline screen to view the Service History in mobile? Hi,Does anyone know how to hide Keep pool task window from mobile.When a work assignment is accepted from a pool keep task, and when we are completing the assignment, this window would appear as the last step. The requirement is to make keep pool task field mandatory and hide this entre window from the flow.
