my mobile device got below error when doing first time initialization. we are on APP 10 UPD 9. May I know how to fix this error?

    This was a bug and fixed in the latest UPD. I will post the UPD here.

    Fixed version is: Mobile Framework - Group Patch 10.12.12.1
