Hi Team,
We have a requirement to see breaks in mWO. Technician can take break and can finishes the break in mWO. It should be initiated in mWO and to be displayed in Schedule Workbench in PSO. Could you please guide me how to enable/configure the same.

You can configure and generate Breaks and Shifts in the form Resource Availability.
In the Shifts tab you can see what dates the shift/breaks has been generated for the Resource .
If nothing is displayed for the period you generate Shift and Breaks using the button “Generate
Schedules and Capacity”.
In mWO you can then see the Breaks in the Calendar (Service app) or in My Work where there is a
button that will display a page where you can handle the Breaks, works in both mWO apps.
