Hello,I need some help to understand which delivery addresses are taken by default on a BT generated by a MP action.  the address of my focal object should have gone back down to the BT task, shouldn't it? Here's the address of my functional object linked to my BT from the MP action -on the other hand, this address appears in the BT header  If we start from a service request, we find the address on the BT header and on the BT operation. I don't understand, I must be missing a parameter setting. Thanks for your help 

Hi Experts, We have a customer where we need to hide a tab information with the status in MWO. For an Example:when status is “accepted” it needs to be shown only task information when status is “waiting at location” it needs to be shown only task information and assignment information Could you please let me know how can we configure this and where we can we configure this Thanks,Hesh.

Hello, We use our surveys to close out information about changes to equipment in the field.  The information collected from the technicians gets sent to another system that is used as the system of record.  Many of the fields in the database of the system of record have field length limitations which will fail to update when a response from the tech is longer than the allowed length.  Using masking to limit the field is an option however, the Mask is displayed in MWO as part of the question and also updates the field input with the mask info, so using this isn’t very attractive.2 questions:Is there any way to limit the response length that the technician can enter into the survey answer in MWO When  using masking for survey question/answers is there any way to hide the masking hint (%%%%%%%%%%%) that displays in the question and the response field in MWO for the technician.Thanks,

Hi,With the new update (1.0.7) for IFS Notify Me 10. I can't use the application. It shows an error "Download IFS Account Manager to use with your IFS account". The Account Manager application is already installed on my device. I removed both IFS Notify Me 10 and Account Manager. Then, I installed them. Still shows the same error. I am trying to have all dependent tasks from a PM Action transferred to mobile at the same time, so task A must be done before task B can start. However when having task B dependent on task A Finish to Start, task B cannot not be transferred until task A is completed. In this scenario, the tech would have to wait for task B to get transferred before he can start it. I’ve also played around with Combined and Ordered dependencies, but they don’t even seem to have any impact on transfer to mobile, start/complete work as documented in Service Work Preparation - https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/23r2/RequestManagement/ActivityAddModifyWorkTaskDependencies.htm. This is 23R1. 

Hi all,how can I remove an “Required Material” in the MWO Service client? It seems, there is no “Delete” Button, only Issue is possible. In the IFS Cloud you can delete the material line.THX and regardsMarkus

What are the differences between the MWO Maintenance and MWO Service applications? And why would you use one vs. the other? Thank you.

It works and appears in the test environment, as shown in the following image but the icon disappeared in prod environment, as seen in the image bellow How can we enable it in Trip Tracker production environment? 

Is it even possible to use Notify Me in Android 13 or + for IFS Apps 10? or the only way to use in Android is with Aurena?

How do i use IFS Scan It for IFS Apps 10 in iOS 15 or above?The warning says that Occurred an error trying to comunicate with the server and to verify the conection and URL.  We tried to add the URI for iOS but it doesn’t exists in the Technical Documentation.  

Hello All,Would you kindly advise if there is a possible way to restrict viewing/accessing the WOs in MWO App end, by the Mobiles Users who are working on the same Site (all got the same Site access).The scenario is we have a 50 Mobile Users who are working on the same Site ‘A’ (all Objects are in the same Site A) and 20 of them should only see different set of WOs (the WOs which are on different set of Objects on Site A), and other 30 should only see another set of WOs, (the WOs which are on different set of Objects on Site A).And they are currently using the same Resource Group which got the same Site access. They are all using various types of Work Types as well.Would you kindly share thoughts and advice to achieve this using Sites, Permission, Objects, Locations etc., Resource groups etc.?We are using MWO Service 10 Application. Many thanks.  

Hello, I am using Work orders and Standard tasks for my customer, which enables to gain some time  a a WO creation.However, I can’t manage to automatically add a standard task template to a work order based on BDR type (ex Work order type).Is this possible or do we have to add it manually for each WO ?Thanks,PL

Community, We are on APP10/UPD9. We are testing MWO. As we remember in APP9, on Prepare Work Order screen, you have the RMB function to dispath the current work order to mobile, but current in our screen, we cannot find this option anywhere.any idea?Thank you.
