I am unable to open Page designer in IFS Aurena underApps for Page Designer > Maintenance Engineer > My Work.Tried with normal user ID and with IFSAPP as well.  It took lot of time to load the page and finally nothing displayed in the page designer section.(left side panel)Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi All, We are currently using MWO Service 10 (UPD 9) and we use the Maintenance Survey functionality by having E-forms triggered when se use the ‘Start Work’ button after accepting Work from the Pool Work. And we have noticed that some Answer IDs are there without a Task Sequence and WO number in the DB side and the Survey Answer page. Would you kindly advise if that could be fixed? Many thanks.-ISD- 

Hi!Recently we uncovered that an user was adding new reading values for an object into Measurements for Object window, and all the readings inputed were not being recorded, as seen below:Measurement Type as Preliminary Reading Even using the Manage Preliminary Reading option I can’t make the Measurement Type change into Recorded Reading.Does anyone had the same problem before or have any idea how to solve it?Thank you!

mWorkOrder 3.9  lags push data back to IEE after Oracle 19c upgrade from Oracle 12c.We are experiencing more lags in data writing back to IEE from mWorkOrder 3.9.We are using APPS9 UD17 and prior to the Oracle upgrade didn’t have this consistent lag. Our biggest obstacle is when a survey answer includes a photo and the photo often gets stuck and we end up with errors or no pictures. During the Oracle upgrade permissions were changed remvoing sys and system access from appowner. I was under the impression the mobile app uses IFSSYS for all mobile transactions, however maybe this isn’t the case. We were planning on deploying mworkorder 3.14, however am afraid I may introduce yet other issues moving to the newer mworkorder version prior to resolving the issues at hand. Where can I begin looking to determine where this lag may be occurring?Is there a set of permission standards deployed with APPS9 noting which IFS, SYS, SYSTEM, APPOWNER accounts should have which accessAny particular log f

Hi All, We are currently using MWO Service 10 App UPD 09 version and when we tried to revise a document attachment from the MWO App, it always fails with the below error in MWO App side and only the initial attachment is synced to the IEE side.Failure Reason: The Category object does not exist. Would you kindly advise if the error is due to a basic data setup issue or synchronization error and any suggestions how we can overcome this issue? Hi All.I’ve just updated APPS10 from UPD14 to 17 and I’m getting this failed transaction in Aurena Mobile MWO Maintenance 10.The Assgnment is updated but the error occurs and also the flag “transfered to mobile” in worktask is still checked.Instance of entity MOBILE_WORK_ORDER with objid [AAAT4TAAGAAAXsMAAl] not found in database.Tried to find this mobile seq in tab but there is not anymore.Tks a lot

I’m hoping to use a statement type question for this and it only allows to add statements with a single line. Hello all,In the projects module, there’s an ability to evenly spread planned resource hours across the activity’s start and finish dates. This helps even out the resource analysis so the full resource hours don’t show up at the beginning of the planned start. I’m wondering if this functionality exists for resource analysis related to PM actions and/or work tasks. From what I can tell, the PM action and work task related resource analysis will just fill out based on the planned start date and however the maintenance calendar is set up (e.g. 16 planned hours with 8 hour work days will be spread out across 2 full days). We run into a couple issues with this setup on PM action resource analysis in future years. Some of our PMs are set up to generate the first of the year because we don’t know when we’ll be able to schedule them throughout the year at that time. We just know they’re due that year. Hi!We have noticed that our Application Messages is being processed very slowly from WMS - IFS.It can take awhile for a small XML-file to process and it’s customer order and purchase order messages in the same queue. We also To fix this issue we use DBMS_SHARED_POOL.PURGE in Oracle and then it runs smoothly again.This happens every day and we need to found a solution to fix this permanently. The SQL_text that runs in Database session when this happens is: SELECT SUM(QTY_SHORT) FROM SHORTAGE_DEMAND WHERE CONTRACT = :B3 AND PART_NO = :B2 AND (ACTIVITY_SEQ = :B1 OR :B1 IS NULL)Have anyone experienced this before?  We use Apps9 and Oracle 12.1

I am unable to finish a work task due to active clockings, but I don’t see a way that I can finish the clocking. I started and stopped travel on MWO, but the transaction failed for stopping the travel. Now I am not able to close the clocking in the browser, and I don’t have the work task available anymore in MWO. How can I stop time clocking or close the work task in any other way? I already tried initialising the app but that didn’t work.  

Hi,In IFS Cloud 22R1, the tool check-out/in functionality was introduced in Asset Management, with the possibility to do self check-out/in for technician.I could only find how to perform this from IFS Cloud and not from MWO App.is this functionality available on MWO app in some way ?If not is it planned for it to be added ?For the customer I am working for, technicians will only have access to IFS through MWO App with LTU licenses. This tool check out / check in process was something of interest. But if it is only available from back office and not from MWO app, they will not be able to use it.Kind regardsLénaïc

We already have a ticket system for PC Hardware, password resets etc.. but now looking to build on support centre functionality to use as an in-house help desk. Users will use the option to quick register support issues, which is then reviewed/resolved by persons designated as support users. Using it also for the continual improvement program, and support solution to show when an issue is resolved. Question - is anyone else using the IFS Support Centre for this purpose? If so, any tips? - its a new concept to our business and want to make sure its workable. Thanks for any advice    

I have successfully deployed delivery 2016 (UPD17+UPD18) to my IFS test environment, but have run into an error while applying the included Touch Apps manual installation on my utility server. The Touch Apps database is a separate database from IFS and I have verified IFSTAS and TASRUNTIME user/password within the the TAS database and verified the IFSMOBILITY user/password within the IFS TEST1 database, but received an "Access denied" when the installation runs.Product Version: 10.18

A customer who is in 22R2 has a requirement to attach several media items in to a survey answer.Is this possible to make it available on survey answers media attachments so that multiple images can be attach to a single answer.Is this possible by enabling object connection on surveyAnswer LU and with a customization enabling media items on ServiceEngApp-cust.app @Overridemedialibrary {   entity SurveyAnswer {      prefetch = true;   }}I suspect there’s more to be done in ServiceEngApp-cust.client file as well as above only did not work as we wanted. I tried adding as a image viewer and added to the card EmployeeSurveysCard. but that didn’t work either. imageviewer CardSurveyAnswerImageViewer for SurveyAnswer {   media {      enabled = [true];   }}Should we add this as a command as well?Is it possible for someone who has MWO experience to guide me on this customization? Are there any additional steps to be done here or this is not supported in mobile for 22R2?Thank you!

How does the time zone field in mobile_device_location work?Does IFS make a call to an external service, passing the latitude and longitude?Does it handle daylight savings?

Hello Community!We have a situation with our Maintenance Plan where, if a preventive maintenance is anticipated, the Planned Value colunm does not update. Do you have any tips on how where can we set this colunm to be flexible?A little background on the situation described: Below you can see the maintenance plan for one of our trucks. The actions are based on how many hours the machine has worked. We anticipated a 500h revision 90h before it was due. When the WO was closed, we would like that the Planned Value would change from 9113h, to 9023h (since 90h were anticipated). But the values remain still. Thank you

Is there any way for a customer to install MWO (service) (windows) if their corporate policy blocks access to the Windows store?

We have started experiencing exceptionally long runtimes for our background jobs that are kicked off for calendar generations to generate work orders from our PM actions.  Sometimes these jobs are taking up to 4 days to run whereas in the past they would complete in a matter of a couple of hours.  Has anyone else experience this?
