Currently this is only possible via a Customization. We are working on improving the configuration capabilities in MWO and one of these items is the ability to add Navigation items so this will be available in a future release.

@SomkitS can you elaborate on what you’re trying to do and also the IFS Cloud version that you’re on please? We’ve already delivered some enhancements with IFS Cloud 23R2 to be able to add new navigation items for example, and there’s more in the pipeline for future releases as James said.
