MWO Failed Transaction: ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [END_TIME] is mandatory for Resource Activity Alloc and requires a value.

Hi Community,

Please any insight into this kind of Failed Transactions? The MWO is trying to create ticket with MWO and is receiving this failed transaction.

    I believe the transaction should be sending END_TIME. Can you therefore raise a support ticket for this so it can be investigated further

    @James Ashmore, thanks James. I have asked the affected user to uninstall the app and re-install again. If the issue persist after this process, I will report the issue to IFS.
