MWO - Can we add colour to data fields

A request has come in from one of our users, asking if it is possible to add conditional formatting on the MWO Service App ‘My Work’ screen. We have ‘Critical’ and ‘Non Critical’ work sent to our engineers and they are wanting Critical Work to be highlighted so they can see it clearly.

This is not possible in Apps 10 but it is possible in IFS Cloud

Hi @James Ashmore any chance you could elaborate…

Can we highlight the row in the work list, or is it just a field?  Do you have a screenshot to show the capability?

And we’re talking about customization, correct?

This could be done via configuration - adding a Custom Field which is a badge and then using the conditional field settings to only show the badge for specific records “priority = critical” for example.

The ability to conditionally color code fields is on the roadmap for a future release
