Hi,I am unable to login to the IFS MWO Service App. After entering the server URL, its redirected to the login page, but after entering my username and password, its throwing error :- An error has occurred("error":""code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR""message":"Aninternal server error occurred,Contact administrator.","details":[("code":"PROJECTION_IMPL_EXCEPTION","message":"")])),  

Can someone explain how to give access to the IFS Call Center Module so that external customers can report their issues directly to IFS. They should only see the cases/tasks from their organization only. I believe this can be achieved using Case Access Groups and B2B customer and user setups as explained in below posts.  However, case access group with ‘Restriction Type’ defined as customer does not work even if the user has access to the B2B Customer. User cant see the cases from customers which they are connected to. Therefore, I would like to know whether there is anything else that should be setup for this to work.Below post also gives some insights. However, I’m unable to figure it out yet.

I have tried to setup IFS 10 TAS server in web farm and followed the installation quide firmly. But it always ends up with an exception on the second node where the authentication proccess endsd with this faultExecuteAuthentication.CryptographicException: Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding..The touch app server certificate has been exported and imported on the second node. and alll documented access is granted. Still same issue. I have tried to switch places on the node but it’s always the node the sertificate is imported to that failes with ExecuteAuthentication.CryptographicException: Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding..Running on windows 2022 server. Anyone seen this behavior ?Kjell Åge 

Hi Experts,In MWO we can set Work Status On shift, Off shift also report Breaks as well.   I can see these data is Syncing back to the Clould as well then where I can find these information in the Cloud? I need to capture these Shift log in and log out time also Break start and end time for technicians. Thank you,KM

We are having a problem where we are unable to generate request as something has change in the Recurring Service Program that requires the schedule to be regenerated.  We have a database task that runs to create the request.  The issue is if the schedule needs regenerated a request is not created and there is no visibility to the issue until it is discovered at a later date. In a test environment I put a RSP into a state of "Regenerate the Schedule" by toggling the "Floating Schedule" on and Off.​​​There doesn't seem to be an overview with that information.I attempted to find “Regenerate the Schedule” in the view: RECURRING_PROGRAM_SCHEDULE and when I created a query for that view, there doesn't appear to be a column that suggests we need to Regenerate the schedule. 

Hi All,I created an additional on call shift and MRA to a resource. Those two appear in dispatch console.  However, not visible in PSO. It’s empty.The MRA category is marked as “Use in Scheduling”. SEND_MRA_DESCRIPTION=Yes in Scheduling Configurations. What else need to be done? TIA.

Hi together, when I refill a remote warehouse (van stock) via “Refill all putaway zones” I can specify in the remote warehouse assortment if the refill source should be “transport task” or “shipment order”. When I choose “transport task”, it is possible to execute the transfer from mWO. So far so good. But, when I choose “shipment order”, it is not possible to receive the shipment via mWO. I would expcect to find the pending receive unter “Receipt” in mWO. I also checked the sync rule Of ShipmentOrderLine, it seems it syncs only shipments connected to a work task - which is not the case in this process. Of course I can set the option “Automatic receipt” in the shipment type. But, then the stock quantity of the van stock is not correct when the part is not yet picked up by the technician. Is this how the systm works or is there another possibilty which I have overlooked? 

Hi All, We recently installed PSO and set up necessary data to run it. We plant to use PSO for manual scheduling. A dataset is created as shown below.  Dataset is linked to some resources and service delivery units. Capacities were calculated and scheduling activity (marked as manually scheduled) types were created. After activating dataset, activities can be seen in the workbench but not resources.No errors are shown in application messages. But we cannot see resources in the workbench.  This exception can be seen also.

Hi, Any reason for not seeing Ad-hoc purchases for users after setting Ad-hoc Purchasing basic basic data in company level? 

When an Engineer creates work via the Service Engr MWO App, if they create ‘New Work’ using the option ‘Report Work I have Done’ when the Work Order is returned from MWO the Actual Hours Worked displays in the Work Assignment but it does not generate a Time Report for that User. Without a Time Report there is no Cost Line and without a Cost Line we have no Sales Line.Is it correct that the Time Report is not automatically created? How do we get the system to create a Time Report? Does this need to be manually done? Thanks in advance

We are struggling with assigning users under “Assign Work” from the Prepare Work Order screen, under the “Allocate To” for users who perform work at multiple sites. We have the users set up in the Resource Detail with Companies and Sites assigned to them under the Connections tab. We also have their site assigned under the General tab. However, when we need a user to perform work at a site other than what is listed as their Site under the General tab, they are unavailable to be chosen under the LOV “Allocate To”. Has anyone else found a way around this other than changing the Site under the Resource Detail → General tab each time a user needs to perform work at another site? We are running APP10.

Hi, I am having some issues with MWO in which it is telling me the following error message. The app initializes and I can see my jobs but when I try to sync it afterward or try to push information back, it fails. Any recommendations on what this could be? Thanks,George.

Hi together,I transferred some parts to the remote warehouse via transport task. The remote warehouse is connected to a mobile user.But unfortunately I can see the stock records only in mWO when I use the online search. I did some research and figured out the stock will be shown when I enter a record in MOBILE_USER_INVENT_PART_TAB. My Org is looking to implement mWO for internal maintenance tasks, and we want to be able to automate the transfer to mobile process so an incoming fault report can be put into the pool quickly and without supervisor intervention (faults can occur on 2nd/3rd shift and there aren’t always supervisors then). Seemingly the only option for this is scheduling Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile task to run every 15 minutes.when one manually transfers to mobile, there are the two sliders for pool and pool-keep, how can the database task Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile be configured to do either? Specify the “Allocated_To” setting as “pool”?(I also wish the transfer window option wasn’t “beginning of time until today plus x days”)or is there an API call I can make with a workflow or pl/sql event action to transfer on fault report creation vs. the scheduled task? I can’t find any obvious APIs to use for this.

We are currently working to implement a single device policy for mWO usage since we have issues with technicians swapping to different devices in the middle of some operations, which causes sync issues.We are attempting to use iPads, but the issue we are running into does seem to apply to iPhones, Androids, and iPads all alike.When we implement our device policy on the iPads, then use mWO, everything seems to work ok, until we go to attach a document to a Work Assignment.  We do this frequently, typically it is a file that we pull from the equipment we are working on with a laptop.  We then upload that document to OneDrive and intend to attach it to the assignment that way.But now that we are implementing Intune, the button that lets us choose which file picker to use in mWO is completely missing.  It should be between the image file chooser and the camera button.  Both mWO and OneDrive are coming from our Company Portal rather than the App Store.  We hav

Hi,I’m encountering an issue with displaying data for custom attributes in MWO.Custom attributes using configuration have been added to the JtTask and JtTaskAddress entities. After deploying the ‘ServiceEngApp’ projection along with its dependencies, the published attributes are removed in the ‘Entity Details’ page.Based on the 25R2 demystified document shared by ​@Alexander Heinze , I understand that newly added custom attributes must be explicitly added and published to sync values to the corresponding custom fields.However, after each deployment of the projection and its dependencies, I have to manually re-add and publish these attributes again. Is this the expected behavior?Also, in a UAT environment, do we need to follow the same manual steps to publish custom attributes, or is there a more streamlined approach?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

In MWO, when a user completes a task, they are redirected to an Assistant page where they must choose whether to Keep or Remove the completed task from the device.Our requirement is slightly different:The completed task should be retained on the mobile device. When the user clicks the Complete button, the task should be marked as completed without displaying the Keep/Return Assistant page.To achieve this, we attempted to disable the Assistant via Page Designer configurations. However, this resulted in an undesired behavior: after task completion, the application navigates to a blank screen, leaving the user unable to proceed. The only way forward is to close and relaunch the app, which is not acceptable from a usability standpoint.Could you please let us know:Is there a supported way to complete a task directly on clicking
