Hi all,the “Return Travel” function when completing a RWT in the MWO Service Classic App, creates an entry in the “Times” Action Tab and in the Work Task Clockings in IFS Cloud.But the Time Report does not show up in the Sales Lines of the RWT and has no Transaction ID in the clockings. The problem is, that the missing Sales Line leads to incorrect invoicing and lost revenue, when the return travel is not properly displayed.Additionally it is not possible to assign a default Time Type to the Return Travel clocking.Can you please have a look at this or advise how to use it correctly, if the mistake is on my side.An easy solution for us specifically would be the possibility to simply report times in the “Time” Action tab for future dates.Thanks,Chris

Going the report in (complete assitant) on MWO to complete a request task. When marked as complete the data doesnt sync to IFS Cloud. There are failed transactions listed for the logged in user. See both in the screenshots below.This issue only happens with a user that has an employee record.Attempted the following so far:Admin permission set complete employment record make Time Clock User = True  

Hello,I’m currently have the issue that i want to see the Request Tasks history in mobile of a service object, but unable to display them in MWO.If i go to Objects i can download the Service object and see the customer, service object, the attachement connected in ifs on the service object, but not the Sparepart list and Historical Request task in the service book.anyone knows what the problem can be ? am i missing a database task schedule or something ?Many Thanks in advance !Application service update: 25.2.2Already done:Logout disconnect the app initialize appsync now on the service app sync rulescannot find the solution in MWO Service Demystified document

Hi All,We’re seeing some pretty severe performance hits with our Zebra Handhelds since upgrading from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud.These devices are android based and using the scanit app.It appears that if the scanner sits for 48 hours, when it is used again the WaDaCo actions take about 15-18 seconds to respond (each scan or “click”).Our fix is to reimage the device. It then works fine until they go unused again. Then they slow down.These things were rock solid in Apps 10. So this is a bad look for us with the upgrade.Any advice is greatly appreciated.Thanks,Mike  

Hi All, I experience that Selection Rules for Service Delivery Unit is not working in 25R2.I have set three selection rules for the service TK-AZN as below. Objective is getting a different delivery unit as per different regions. But when I creating a service, the default delivery unit for the service organization is always fetched even if I use different regions.As I remeber these rules worked fine before.Are there any workarounds other than setting selection rule to fetch the correct delivery unit? Or is it same for others?TIA:

Hello,In MWO, we have the ‘My Misc. Allocations’ screen. In IFS Cloud, through page designer I’m able to view the related commands for Add, Edit, Delete and Remove Approval for the Misc. Allocation screen until version 25R1. In 25R2 version, I do not see these options in the Page Designer. Even if we configure the projection ‘CommonMiscAllocHandling’ as Read-Only in the permission set, it does not make it Read-Only.Is there a reason why these options were removed? What are the alternatives to disable these commands from the My Misc. Allocation screen? Please let me know. 

There is a  problem manifests when users attempt to accept or start a Pool Task assigned to a Resource Group. The system raises an internal error (Utility<CreateAssignmentInState>: Failed to read expression value from AllTaskRec.TaskSeq) during assignment creation, preventing the task from being accepted or started.Product Version: 25.2.2  

Hi together,when I look into the sync rule for SrvRequestScope, a lot of fields are synchronized to mWO, e g REQ_ISSUE_SYMPTOM_ID :  But, when I try to add this field via page designer to the request scope page, the field is not selectable.   There are some fields existing, but most the fields are missing. Is there any possibility to add the mentioned field? I am aware, a workaround would be to add a custom field, but this is not my wanted solution.     

Hello,While using the Service module > Work Task screen, we have the option to enter a Fixed Price line for a sales part from the Sales tab. Work TaskWhereas while using the Service Management module > Request Work Task screen, we do not have the option to enter the Fixed Price in the Cost Type dropdown. Is there a reason for removing this option from the list? If so, is there an alternative way to add the fixed price? Please let me know.Request Work Task 

Hi, My customer has created a page as an action in mwo and added several fields to that page. In one section they have created two fields; a LOV and a Text field. How do you handle the costs for different time types when using Resource Groups and Job Rate Management?For example, we have a Resource Group ‘Engineers’ which allow you to add one cost value and sales part value.  We then assign work to engineers within that resource group via Mobile Work Order.When the engineer books their time they select one of the following time types - Standard, 1.5x, 2x, depending on their contractual hours.How does the costs associated with those time types get added to the work order if the resource group only has one cost assigned to it?  Similarly, how does the sales part relating to the time type get added to the work order to ensure the customer is charged the appropriate rate?

Hi All, We can give a time to complete when we change the status of an assignment  to “Incomplete” in a Request task. The status of the assignment is changed to “Incomplete” and “Time to Completion” is updated correctly. However, there is no any slot in the Dispatch Console or any other place to assign this remaining 1 hour as an assignment.If we Incomplete an assignment from MWO by choosing the option “Needs to be planned”, then we can suggest a Resource Group and Preferred Resource while we incomplete the assignment. Then only, assignment slot appears in the dispatch console. But, what will happen when a technician only Incomplete work by giving

Hi all,where can a Package part number actually be used?We trying to use a Package Part in the material Tab of a Request Work Task, but does not seem to work.It cant be added as a sales part in a contract line of a Request Contract as well.Can this somehow be used in anything else than a direct Customer Order?Thanks,

When user log in with ifsapp, then the application works properly. For specific user following permission set has been created and granted. For Notify me in, is there any sperate permission which needs to be granted?    

Hi,  I have a requirement which is to be able to trigger multiple surveys on MWO using the same Workflow Type. E.g have Survey 1 then Survey 2 then Survey 3 trigger on MWO after “Completed - After”.  When I’ve tried this with the the surveys all assigned to the same step to trigger. MWO selects only one of the surveys to trigger which is not correct for my use case as I want ALL surveys to trigger one after another. Is there anyway to do this for with the Workflow Configuration Type = “Request Task”? (IFS Cloud 25R2) The workaround for this would be to create a main survey for Survey 1 and then Survey 2 and 3 as child surveys. Thought I’d check here in case there’s a better way. 

We have recently upgrade to 25R2, and there are few screens added recently Service>Scheduling>Resources, Activities, Map, Assistance but unable to see any data in these screens.I can access the PSO and can see all the resources activities etc but these screens are blank.Any idea on the above, thanks!!  

Hi All,It is possible to incomplete or cancel an assignment sent to mobile from Backoffice. Additionally, is there anyway to changing the status to other way? Any tricks?Use Case: Technician is working in offline area and started work. Due to the SLA requirement, the status of the work task should be changed to a status such as “On Route” or “Work Started”.  However, since the technician is offline, the status is not updated simultaneously. The Backoffice cannot update the status since it is downloaded to the mobile.Does anyone have an idea on how to handle a situation like this? TIA.

Hi All, Do we have a way to create two work assignments for below requirement.There should  be two or many assignments where one assignment is primary (task leader) and others are secondary.  Only reporting should be done by the primary assignment. Others are supportive and do not report time to the work. It is like booking of few other resources to support main assignee.Crew functionality does not matching with this since these grouping are dynamic and short term. In IFS, if you create assignments all has to complete the work to automatically transfer the work task status to “Work Done”.Is there a way to work with a primary assignment and a dummy assignments? TIA.

Hi All,When we have an Incompleted assignment in a request work task, the request work task cannot be transferred to “Work Done” status automatically even after we completed a different assignment with the same resource. We can mannually change the request work task status at from the header.Is this the built functionality?  TIA.

Hello,While creating a calendar based PM Action with WO generation lead time, the ‘remaining to due’ field is including the weekends as well even though the Maintenance Calendar excludes weekends.For example: The start date in the maintenance trigger is set to 23/02/2026 and the WO generation lead time is set to 1. The expectation is the Due Date should be considered as 20/02/2026 and automatically generate the WO based on the database task scheduled which does not work.But in the Maintenance Plan, the remaining to due field shows the number of days as 3 including the weekends. If we have the WO generation lead time as 3, then I’m able to trigger the WO using database task. I believe the due date and remaining to due fields must exclude weekends as per the calendar but can someone please confirm if this is the expected behavior?

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R2, when we remove the security group ‘ContactLists’ from the security grants by permission set for MWO permission, it should not display the ‘Contacts’ screen in MWO service. But even after removing the security group, the screen is still visible in MWO. This screen is unavailable in the Navigation designer. Is it a bug in 25R2, please let me know?  

  Hi All, I have an issue with adding Fixed Price sales parts to invoice preview after I adding them to a request scope.I’m using a fixed price price rule where everything related to request work task is charged with a fixed price sales part. Then, I need to add some additional sales parts to the scope via “Price Details” option in the request’s “Cost & Sales”.  However,  added sales parts are not appeared in the invoice preview. I tried with a different price rule and tried with adding sales parts in both Actual and Planning fixed prices. But, cannot get sales parts to invoice preview. Hi all,I would like to check if anyone has experienced a similar behavior or if this should be raised as a potential bug.According to IFS documentation and standard behavior:Pool Task: the first user who accepts the task becomes the owner; the task is removed from the pool for all other users. Pool‑Keep: multiple users can accept the task; individual assignments are created and the task remains visible in the pool until explicitly removed.I am currently working on IFS Cloud 25R2 using the Maintenance MWO mobile app, and I am facing an issue where the Pool‑Keep functionality does not seem to work when a Resource Group (resource demand) is specified on the Work Task.
