Process Designer - This stage has already been started. One or more of the above errors was generated attempting to create Task Events from the process 'undefined'.

I’m having a process issue I’ve never come across before. I have a series of auto decisions in this process based on what the user chooses in the assystNET form. What does the error mean? I’m trying to find the issue but I don’t really understand what the error is. I understand it says the stage has already been generated but it hasn’t so I’m confused. Anyone come across this sort of issue and have a solution?I’ve restructured the form so that the expressions sub-processes don’t use the same shortcodes and it still doesn’t work. When trying to make this decision I get the below error

BPA(workflow) Default Values Not Applying in CRM Companion Mobile App

Hello,I’ve created a BPA (WORKFLOWS) in IFS Cloud to automatically set default values for the "Defalult Language" and "Country" fields when adding a Lead in the CRM module. This works correctly in IFS CLOUD version. However, in the CRM Companion mobile app, the default values are not applied when adding a Lead.I have also ensured that all necessary permissions are in place for the BPA to function, but the issue persists in the mobile environment.Attached, you’ll find screenshots from both the IFS Cloud and the mobile app for your reference.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the BPA changes might not be reflected in the CRM Companion mobile app?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Is it possible to transfer documents from manually created Incoming dispatch advice to the receipt

Hello Experts,I am trying to transfer documents from manually created Incoming dispatch advice to receipt.I tried using register arrivals and it works but its not working for the incoming dispatch advice window.I have set up the object connection transformation but could not map the correct Source LU Key and Target LU key, When I attached a documents for the header or line level from the manually created incoming dispatch advice window it will not transfer to Receipt.Did any of the members successfully set this up and got to work?Highly appreciate your help on this. Unable to schedule quick report : Error STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'null'

Hi,I’m getting following error when I try to schedule a big quick report (it takes 20 minutes) :STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'null' Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'null' We did the change ifs.bizapiTimeout.ExcelQuickReport.RenderExcelDocument=3600 in ifs.properties file and restarted application server (+ reconfigure) like suggested in others posts. But, we are still having the issue.Can anyone help?Best regards

How to close a No Part Line Purchase Order, generated from a Maintenance Purchase Requisition?

I have created a Maintenance Purchase Requisition from a Work Task, and within the Maintenance Purchase Requisition, I have added a No Part Line, connected to a Supplier. Then I converted the No Part Line to a Purchase Order.Could you please explain how to process and close the PO? The Standard Purchase Order process does not apply here, as I received the below error message.(I executed the ‘Receipt’ button in the above screenshot)Thank you in advance!

Master Schedule Item - Action Proposals

We have turnkey finished good items that are MS items with MS Demand since they are directly forecasted. The issue is when these items are purchased, they do not get action messages like MRP items do - MRP Action Proposals.For example - we will order the MS item based off demand. When the demand changes and the delivery date may need to be advanced, pushed out or if there is no more demand it would need to be canceled, we do not see these messages.We see Early Order, Late Order or Remove order in MRP Action Proposals and would like to see the same messages for MS items. Maybe there is a different way to set up these items so they are not MS and we can forecast them and see the MRP Action Proposals? We are in IFS Cloud

Additional Labor Overhead Rate Overhead Hour

All,I am working with a client that needs a second overhead rate on the labor class that is based per hour. I know I can define additional labor overhead cost elements but they are only allowed to be based by unit produced or as a percentage of labor.Has anyone figured out a way to get the second labor overhead rate to be per hour? No, I do not want to do a calculation to figure out a rate per piece based on the standard labor hour of the item as that does not account for variations in actual hours during production. Nor is it a percentage of the total labor .Thanks!!!

Deletion of Value for Absence Used for an Absence which shares Absence Limit with another Absence as soon as an Absence is deleted

Hi All, we found an Issue in used Limit when delete an absense.The initial Situationthe employee has a value of 4.5 unused days Now we delete the Absence F01 on 04.10.2024: Situation after Saving all values for the column “Limit used” for Absence Type F01H are emptyThe employee’s Absence Limit shloud change from 4.5 to 5.5 - because the Absence Used value for the deleted Absence was 1Instead also the deleted values for F01H are available again Any possible Reason for this?Regards, Susanne

How to edit configuration in repair work order

In Apps9 Repair Work Orders, there is an option to edit the configuration of the part serial record associated with the work order object (see screen capture below). Does this capability exist in Cloud? Business CaseA customer has equipment to be repaired. A customer order is created that will be used to deliver the repaired equipment to the customer. The customer order line for the part has a config ID of 5555. A repair work order is created with the serial object to be repaired. The part serial record associated with serial object has a config ID of 2222. After the repair, the part serial config ID needs to be updated to config ID 5555 so it can be reserved and picked for the customer order line and then delivered.The repair work order in Apps9 allows the configuration to be edited. I’m looking for a way to do this in Cloud.

Objkey attribute and methods bound by Objkey in IFS Cloud API

Hi,As Objkey is a single column alternative record identifier that applies to any IFS object (as long as the Rowkey is activated), it was common in Apps8, 9, 10 to use this attribute in integrations to tie objects from external systems to IFS objects.However, it looks like in IFS Cloud the standard APIs do not return the Objkey attribute.For instance, looking at the OnHoldCauseHandling and OnHoldCauseEntity APIs, none of them return the Objkey when a record is created/POST or retrieved/GET. At least I can`t see it in the API documentation or calling the APIs from Postman.Also, in Oracle PL/SQL Package APIs, IFS provided methods bound per Id and per Objkey, which was very useful in these integrations where Objkey was being used as a reference. In IFS Cloud the Objkey option does not exists/is not exposed in the Rest API, there is typically the Id method but not the Objkey one.Also, I can see that there is a keyref field that returns the whole key in one field, but that is not a persiste

Cloud Data Migration for Custom Attribute Descriptions

I want to change the comments of custom attributes with excel migration.I have done some work for this by taking a working migration job as an example , but i am having some problems.1.Date is entered in the header section of the migration job and source mapping , method list, rules are created automatically.“ORA-20124: CustomFieldAttributes.FND_ITEM_FORMAT: “String” value for [DATA_TYPE] in Custom Field Attribute has incorrect format.” It gives an error. 2. We get this error when we delete some mappings and run the migration again. 3. We tried creating a new migration job and deleting the source files.We get this error again.4.We tried making the new property no in the method list tab.We get the same error again.How can we solve this problem?

Hello, It is possible to retrieve in extra column in IFS cloud the difference in values between two CFs? I have two Custom Fields, for example CF_12 and CF_11 and I want to display (CF_12 - CF_11) in extra column, how can I achieve it? Should I use in creating new column in this entity Custom Field - Select statement, Expression or Reference Value? Only CF_12 is located in SQL, CF_11 is not

Cannot see Avilable Qunatity

Hi,In the Reserve and Backflush visualization dialog box I cannot see the available quantity.However, the this inventory item is in stock and if I select manual reservation for the SO material line I can see the stock lines.In the SO line, inventory part is in stock, and both windows' part ownership is company-owned.What could be the reason for this?Thank you in advance.

How to add external link with parameter to the command group of a page in IFS Cloud?

I want to add external links to the command group in IFS Cloud. But I need to add parameters to the link to filter. For example, I have a link to navigate an external web page and it requires Order No parameters from the page because I need to go to a specific order. So my link should be something like “something.com/page?$filter=OrderNo%20eq%20’S123456’” like in the element designer. I know that external links can be added from the “External Navigation Link” but i can’t give parameters from here. Is there a way to do this in IFS Cloud?

History Log Configuration - ObjState

Hello Team, I would like to know if someone already did the configuration for a status change ?For example I want to trigger the history log when a Shop Order is released and same for Purchase Requistion.I cannot find the value ObjState in the right table in History Log configuration. Thanks for your help.
