Hi, 

 

Can someone confirm if there is functionality in IFS Business Mails when an outgoing message is being sent out via CRM Panels. Is there any functionality that will confirm if the outgoing message has been read or not and is/can this be saved into the Business Mail in IFS? 

 

I’ve not come across this functionality in the documentation I’ve read so far but wondered if it exists in Apps 10 or IFS Cloud?

When you send the email via CRM Panel, you need to click on the send and save button to trigger it in the Application. 

When you click on the Send and Save button you will get a notification once the Email is sent, and the Business Mail record is created in the application. The Business Mail record will include the references based on the sender and recipients connected to the email. This functionality is enabled in APPs10 as well as in Cloud.
