I’m new to IFS Assyst. Getting the app from another department who wasn’t very proficient with it either.

Currently we have close to 100 mailboxes controlling request workflows. If this the correct method?
With M365 we have to pay per account for Exchange licenses. Is there a way around using licenses?

It is also possible to a Channel in ETM read from a subfolder within the Mailbox. You would need to setup rules in O365 to move the emails to the correct subfolder.
Why the need for the separate mailboxes at this point?
What version of asssytETM are you using?
We use separate mailboxes as you do. However we use ‘shared mailboxes’, not ‘user’ mailboxes which saves on the EXO licence requirements. This is done through the use of MS Graph Mail channels in the ETM (though I think this is only available from 1.5).
