Hello, I’m looking for a way to display lines in a list according to a custom field value. (I think it works such a way for enumeration in a visible attribute with syntax like Cf_XXX eq '2').I know it’s possible to make visible a field or not according to another field value but for a line in list I don’t know how to do.I want the condition to make the line visible all the time, so I don’t think saved search could be an option because it does not apply in a mandatory way.I work under 25.1.4 version.Thanks in advance.Kr  

Hello,I need to assign multiple Contact Users (for example, 10 users) to the same Item.I have checked assystETM, but I could not find a direct or standard way to bulk-assign users to an Item through ETM.Is there a supported approach in assystETM to handle this use case, or is it recommended to use another method (API, import, or integration) for assigning multiple users to an Item?Thanks in advance.  

Hi Community,We are observing an issue regarding the creation of voucher rows with zero amounts in the General Voucher (Voucher Type: M / Mahsup).Specifically, the system is generating voucher lines for 800-series accounts (Cost Accounting / Reflection Accounts according to Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts). These lines contain the Account Code but have 0 (zero) in both "Currency Amount" and "Amount" fields.Impact: Since we are subject to Türk Legislation, we must generate e-Ledger (e-Defter) files. The e-Ledger validation strictly rejects any voucher line with a zero amount, causing our official ledger submission processes to fail.Questions: Is there a specific System Parameter or Posting Control setup (e.g., related to Cost Allocation or Period End Closing) that might trigger the creation of these empty rows? How can we prevent IFS from generating voucher lines if the calculated amount is zero for these specific accounts? Any advice or patch reference regarding this issue would be

Hi All,I am seeing following error when report picking for project inventory. I am using pick by choice with in the same project but belongs to different activity.  Here is my inventory part in stock record.  My CO is project connected to the activity 100000069 but in manual reservations I can see both the activities related stocks as its under one project.But when I try to pick by choice with a different activity in the same project I am getting this error. Anyone know whats the issue with this?Thanks,Chamath

Hi everyone,I am having a problem with receiving project inventory.Here is the situation:There are 3 different projects that all need the same part at the same time. Because of this, PMRP creates: 3 purchase requisitions 3 purchase order lines 3 separate receipts for the same item When the parts are received, they first go to an arrival/inspection location.After inspection, the warehouse team needs to scan the items and move them to the final stock location (the default location). The customer wants to use scanners to reduce errors.The problem is that because there are 3 separate receipts, the warehouse team has to do the putaway process 3 times for the same item.I suggested using standard inventory: Move the items to the final stock location first Then transfer the inventory to the projects However, the customer wants to track the PO and inventory from the purchase requisition stage from the project, so they do not want to use this approach.We also tried the following: From Clou

Is there any core functionality that will support the calculation of more than customer rebate?Business Scenario:Customer A has a tiered rebate program where they will receive X percentage based on a tiered minimum sales volume.Additionally, Customer A has a overall minimum sales volume target where they will receive a flat percentage.Data Set-up:At the moment, I’ve created the following:2 Rebate Agreements for all Sales Parts (1 for tiered and 1 for overall minimum) Both are set-up as  Final Settlement performed yearly Each have the same Agreement Priority Customer record is set-up as Multiple RebatesIssue:When the Final Settlement is run, the proposed rebated credit is only being generated for the tiered rebate and it is ignoring the second rebate.  It appears this is because this was the last Rebate Agreement updated.  Is it possible for both rebates to be considered and calculated in the final settlement?  Alternative Ideas:I’ve thought about adding the percentage from the overall

Hi!Like the title says I am curious if it is possible to attach documents to the shipment screen. I can attach documents to AP & AR invoices, not sure why this would not be possible. I am being advised internally it is not possible, but I am wondering if they are incorrect. I am on IFS V8Thank you!

During our physical inventory we run we a count report and work to count the pieces in the warehouse and transcribe that information into the count per count report screen of IFS.Frequently we find there are parts on the shelf in a location that do not exist on the count sheet.Since we do not physically relocate any product during PIOur process is to then manually add the parts into IFS using the Count per Inventory Part, one part to one location at a time.This is quite manual and slow. Does anyone have a more sophisticated way to add these into the count sheets?External file loads or a different screen? 

Hi,Iam commiting activites manually in PSO , which is refered by PSO & when i try to commit its getting commited later on its reverting back to allocated state. PSO allocating the same resources but may i know the reason why its uncommiting. Its Connected with IFS Cloud. Regards, 

Hello,Is it possible to filter the available options of a custom lookup field when the lookup list is custom-defined.Specifically, I would like to know whether custom lookup lists support any kind of filtering logic, or if filtering is only supported when the lookup source is a system table.If this is not supported, is there an officially recommended approach for handling conditional options in custom lookup fields?Thanks.

We have an issue where a part has been set up on different sites, but the Inventory UoM is different on each site.  This is causing a problem when trying to return stock that was sent out from a Bonded site but is to be returned to a Duty Paid Site.  Below is the detail of the part that is set up incorrectly across the different sites.The correct UoM is CS6 which should have been used, not CS3 Overview screen showing the sites and differences in set up.  We have an RMA that has been created where the stock was dispatched from PEBAU but is being returned to PEPAU.  We cannot complete this RMA as when we enter the Qty to return on the originating RMA, the volume to return on the receipt RMA is different and cannot be manually amended. See below:If we amend the Qty on the originating RMA, this updates the receipt RMA, but the values are not aligned due to the inventory UoM being different.

Hi All,We are implementing Project Resource Planning module for a client, specifically the Activity Resource Planning screen. The Requirement is to ensure the system does not allow planned hours to exceed the available capacity of a resource group on any given day.Current Behaviour:At the moment, users can add planned hours to a resource group even when it surpasses the group’s available capacity for a day. This leads to negative available hours in the Resource Analysis screen, which should not be the case, and the system should give an error or information message before the record gets saved.Question Caps planned hours to the available capacity of the selected resource group (per day), and Prevents the system from overloading the resource group (i.e., avoids negative availability in Resource Analysis), The system should automatically adjust the planned hours to future capacity and give an estimated job completion date.What we are looking for:Any native settings, toggles, or parameter

We are a very old customer of IFS, using APPS10.  I would like to know if there are documented process flows available for 25R2 for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Produce.  We are going to be moving to 25R2.

Hi all,What are the options in migrating the counted qty using any migration method in IFS?I tried FND_MIG jobs with different procedures, but the issue is that I do not see the field (COUNTED_QTY) in the view INVENTORY_PART_PICK_SHIP_STOCK. Hi, We have a case where parts are moved via shipment order. When correct qty are moved and received its no problem .What is the process to if correct qty was not shipped?When we create shipment order for 10 pcs we ship 10pcs but at receiving after arrival we found only 5 were in the box. But as the shipment which was connected to shipment order is closed and parts are arrived I cannot reopen the Shipment. What is the way to undo? As I dont have the option to return from receipts. And receiving wrong qty is not correct. Can someone share some knowledge?

We’ve acquired a new company in the group and want to move their holiday year (January - December) in line with the rest of our Group (April - March). I wanted to set this up as a 15 month holiday year but i can’t do it that way.I know we can’t be the first company to be in this situation but the only other conversation I can see about this doesn’t have a response.Can anyone help?

We created a couple of Sites for multi-site planning, but the Internal Customer is incorrect.  Within the Site, we hyperlinked to the internal Customer, but selected Remove.Now the Site still has the Internal Customer but we cannot Delete the Internal Customer because it has already been Removed.

Morning Heros, I am a bit confuse. Accord to IFS sizing documentation for 25R1, for our configuration, we should have in general 2 replicas for each pod. I resize them and for some (like you can see below), I have 6 replicas and they are completely full. My users are noticing some slowness on navigation. What should I do? Any idea? Since the IFS debug console is discontinued in 24R1 and replaced with the IFS Cloud Web DevTools browser extension we (our company) is interested to know some more details about the “product” IFS Cloud Web DevTools browser extension since we know need to “open up” the Developer Tools function in the browser, which is locked for our ordinary users, to be able to view debug information.For example: Are there any whitepaper/documents about the product? How often is the IFS Cloud DevTools extension updated with security patches? Will it be certified against the latest versions of Edge Browser
