Hello All,

How do i connect the Maintanence organization in IFS to PSO Groups ? The client is not using data in PSO planning to connect Group data from the PSO.
Instaead it should comes from the IFS Apps integration. I have tried using Attributes/Parameters but none of it worked.

PSO Request from IFS APPS:
<Object_Group>

 <group_id>100</group_id>
 <resource_id>123456</resource_id>
</Object_Group>

100 is the site in IFSAPPS. I have set up different groups in PSO, need to make a connection to those groups.

Thanks in advance,

Best Regards,
Vinu

Did you look at IFS Cloud - Scheduling demystified (24R2) | IFS Community? Sites are sent as Object Groups out of the box, but you need to create the corresponding groups in PSO (e.g., “100”) manually.

Out of curiosity, why do you need groups in PSO?

@Alexander Heinze Thank you for replying, I’m trying to group them as per the Maint .Org. So i can control the per user/per group permissions of what resources and activity data they can see.

In 24R2 we can change the data from OBJECT_GROUP_FILTER parameter from site to service Organization. But the customer is in Apps 10 and it only gives the options for OBJECT_GROUP_FILTER - Site and None.

AH, so you have multiple maintenance organizations connected to the same site? I don't think there is an OOTB way to achieve that.
