Looking for help configuring Microsoft Fabric with IFS Application. we need some assistance with getting MS Fabric and IFS API's Authenticated so data exchanges can happen.
After updating to SU7, all of our scheduled reports are being distributed as xlsx. When we try to open them, we receive errors that the file is corrupted. If we run the reports manually and export to xls instead, they open correctly. We have tried scheduling a couple of new reports using the Excel spreadsheet option (it doesn't specify file type at this point) and have confirmed they are all emailing as xlsx documents. Is there a way to schedule for xls instead? Or is there a way to format the report to open correctly as an xlsx?

IFSCloud 23R2Currently we are using Dispatch Console for day to day Resource and Work Task Activities.We see there is one key difference in Dispatch Console and PSO ie PSO does not show Inactive resource as expected ie Scheduling Resource(InActive), However Dispatch console does not consider this and will always show all resources regardless of Active/Inactive. This is causing issue for dispatcher, as it is hard to manage resource without any filter and this behaviour and they often end up scheduling to InActive resources during manual scheduling. Can you please advise how are other customers dealing with this behaviour, is this normal behaviour or environment issue at our end? How can we limit Dispatch Console to show valid Active resources only. Thank you
If we have a created Customer Order in a planned state. After that the Inventory Parts get a new Cost, so total contribution margin amount will be incorrect. Is there a way to run a job that recalucates ‘total contribution margin amount’ with the new Part Cost?If I recreate the Customer Order it will work
Has anyone encountered issues in Apps9 where a Customer Order Invoice errors with the below message? The setup is a bit complex - multi site in the same company, multiple places of supply therefore multiple tax situations for the customer, but this error only occurred when I created a CO and applied “Additional Discount” in the CO header. I processed another CO on exactly the same site/customer/parts/tax scenario with discount on the CO lines, and the invoice processed without error. “CO Invoice in Error - "Only a Tax Code with Zero percentage is allowed when Customer is exempted for Taxes..." Any thoughts/suggestions/solutions gratefully received! ThanksLinda

I have imported the "fr" translated package and it has translated all the fields except the custom field. I created a custom field to display on the "Customers" list screen.After that, I added a translation for this field. However, even after refreshing the language cache, the translation is still not appearing on the screen.

We are on IFS Cloud and have a customer saying they are getting charged the wrong sales tax rate. We are using Vertex as our tax software interfacing with IFS. I have reached out to Vertex already and it appears one side of the road is one tax rate; the other side is a different tax rate. Vertex told me to set the Tax Area ID so that can pass thru the ERP. I assume this is on the customer record and probably tied to the address we are sending it. I am not finding a field for this Tax Area ID. Anybody have an ideas?

Hi Team GreetingsWe have created zero amount instant invoice, status for it is “PostedAuth”.However, we cannot create a offset for it as on all screens relating to a customer payment entry (mixed payment and customer payment) payment with zero amount is not allowed in IFS. Now, if we want to change the status to “PaidPosted” for this zero amount instant invoice. Is there any work around or a way to make to “PaidPosted”? Thanks & Regards

While the ticket is logged, and process is running I am able to edit the process and enter this Substitution Keyword to bring the Event Category but when doing this to new process before logging a ticket, it does not accept this keyword. Any Solution?

The Total forecast for May in MS1 is stated as 40,5124 according to the Demand Planner Importing Demand Planning forecast: The system is adding additional demand on the 8th of May which is not correct, since there is already a forecast for the 6th of May, that covers the entire week.
Hi BR experts,Could you please advise me on the following issue?When the customer orders the BR report, they get an empty report.But when I order the same report I get the report with data.To investigate the problem, I removed filters from the report one by one, until only the company filter remained. The filter looks like this: DIM_COMPANY.CODE IN &CompanyI defined it with a parameter Company with the default value: 8031,8111,8114,8115. The report appears empty, but when I change the filter to:DIM_COMPANY.CODE IN '8031','8111','8114','8115'with hardcoded values, the report shows data. Have you encountered such an issue?
