Connect IFS Cloud PSO with IFS Cloud

Hi Everyone , We are trying to connect IFS Cloud PSO with IFS Cloud using IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant. The Test connection fails saying ‘Failed to connect IFS Optimization Server’. Also gives below error to set data manually : Failed to connect to IFS Optimization server account Default. Error message was: 400 - Bad Request. The user IFSSCHEDULING and the parameters OpenIdAuthority, OpenIdClientId, UserNameClaim may need to be set up manually. Do you want to continue?Did anyone faced similar situation?RegardsRajesh

SAF-T Norway - using GroupingCategory RF-1167 and corresponding GroupingCodes

I find this question to have been posted earlier, but without a definite reply or a reference to a solution. It is in reference to the SAF-T file and the use of GroupingCategory in conjunction with GroupingCodes instead of StandardAccountID as the mapping option. Background:We are based in Norway and need to comply with the Norwegian SAF-T regulation. These regulations allows us to choose how we want to map our GL-accounts. However, the SAF-T file has to correspond to how we report taxes, and since we report taxes using schema RF-1167, we need to map our GL-accounts to these RF-1167 codes. In other words, we cannot map our GL-accounts towards the Standard SAF-T accounts. The Norwegian SAF-T Financial Data - technical description (see norwegian-saf-t-financial-data---technical-description.pdf (skatteetaten.no) pages 12-13 explains how this can be done by using the tags GroupingCategory (value = RF-1167) in conjunction with the corresponding set of codes in the GroupingCode tag. Invalid Custom attributes in IFS CLOUD

In Cloud we have a handful of custom fields that are not publishing (but working in Previous versions like IEE and Aurena) I have attempted to recreate the Expression custom fields as Select statements. The select statements are returning data as expected in back end.recreating the custom attribute as the select statement is allowing it to publish. But when I go to the screen with this customization, I am receiving the following error: Application - ?: (Server Error) maximum number of recursive SQL levels (50) exceeded Database error occurred. Work center load based on maintenance object sub levels?

We have an issue/question related to machine load for work center and work orders.Conditions for this to work is clear; wc resource connected to object, obstructive and status on work order etc.Our issue is that work center resource is connected to a maintenance object where more detailed setup with sub levels below connected object id exists, see picture. I our case this is a robot cell with multiple robots, conveyors, stamping units etc. All defined as maintenance objects below object connected to WC resource.We cannot se how, but is there a way to consider and show load also for obstructive work orders on lower levels for object id connected to WC resource?

Question on loading data from IFS Cloud to existing Data Warehouse

A customer has custom data warehouse built in MS SQL server that they are using with multiple internal systems for reporting purposes. When using IFS Cloud they want to keep using the same data warehouse solution.What is the best way of loading data to their existing data warehouse from IFS Cloud at the database level?Is it possible to use Access Views for this purpose? if so are there any benefits of using access views for this rather than using Oracle views with direct DB connection?

IFS 10 IEE - Error on Page

This is for IFS 10 - IEE. We have some users who are receiving - “Error on Page The page you loaded could not be activated due to errors. Please contact your support representative. Could not load file or assembly “Ifs.Fnd.Windows.Forms.ConditionalFields, Version=4.52.10.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=...” The user is using Chrome for browser. Has internet connection but may be a poor connection. Chrome Add-in is installed. User’s IFS permissions are fine. Receives the same error no matter the screen that is selected. Any idea what might be causing this issue? Stacie

Formatting time variables in Substitution Keywords

Has anyone had to used time variables in substitution keywords?I’ve got a form with a date field DATETIME and am using two substitution keywords to present the date and time on an action template. Date works fine but I’m having trouble formatting the time as either 24 hour clock or with an AM/PM label.$date.format('hh:mm',$new.event.W("DATETIME")) is presenting the time correctly, in the format 11:00. In the context of the related action template I really need to specify 23:00 or 11:00 PM.Does anyone have any ideas?

Is there a way to pull Event Info into an auto generated email when you submit a ticket in assystNET and assystWEB?Currently, our “Thank you” email provides the ticket number etc. and then the Event Description (EVENT_DESC). The issue with that is that it shows ALL questions in the form even if they were hidden and/or not filled out. The data we want to show in the email are ONLY the questions that were answered (what shows in assystNET once submitted)We just want to hide any unanswered questions in the notification email. Customer Order Search

Hello, I wondered if there was a way to limit the amount of order lines that populate when pulling up a customer order. We have some very large orders that have thousands of order lines so it can take a while for them to load when we pull up the order. Is there a search parameter or something similar I can set so that the customer order would only load a portion of the lines to begin with? For example, if I only wanted to look at non-invoiced lines, could I load the order with just lines in the “released” status? We are currently still using IFS 9 Applications.

How to update the Thru_Date when importing a Fixed Assets Object from an external file?

Hi All,My requirement is to update the total accumulated depreciation up to the cutoff date during the import process and set the cutoff date as the Thru_Date. Then, when running depreciation using the Depreciation Proposal, depreciation should be calculated correctly only for the period after the cutoff date.

Fixed Component consumption regardless of Lot Size

Hi,Using Apps 10 UPD14 we have a need for a fixed consumption of certain components regardless of the Shop Order Lot Size. For some Shop Orders we always consume 2 pcs of a critical material as part of the set up.We are trying to solve this by setting Component Scrap to 2 and Qty Per Assembly to 0, and it works on the Shop Order. However, we cannot set the values on Product Structure which requires Qty Per Assembly > 0 if Consumption Item = Consumed.Any ideas or suggestions? Could it be a bug?Best regards,Jørn Straarup

MarkdownText Page Content - Referenced Value?

Is it possible at all to have a MarkdownText content field that is populated with a H1 callout `#` and then pulls the data from a specified field (eg; CustomerInfoSelector/CustomerInfoAddresses or something similar). Would love to be able to pull another freeform short-text field as the value, but am not sure how to get this working (or if it’s even possible!) Thanks all!

24R1SU4 delivery creation failed

Hi All, During the Order Delivery step in Release update Studio (upgrade from 23.2.4 to 24.1.4), delivery fails due to installation errors in FNDBAS (I attach the log).There are a whole bunch of errors including missing columns in tables from FNDBAS (in dictionary_sys_tab for example). Customizations have not touched this area. More strangely, this earlier as well as later creation of TOP environments from Release Update Studio (and thus theoretically based on the same code from the repository) succeeds.Also successful is the Sanity Build run, which was performed just before the failed delivery creation (DEL environment installation).Update 23.2.4 to 24.1.4 is run by the customer team.Unsuccessful attempts to create DEL were made by him 3 times, as well as we did it afterward with similar results. Hi there, We are currently trying to gather data on turn around times for approvals within IFS across all object types. This will be used for KPIs for administrative activities/tasks across the business. The challenge we are facing is that Apps 10 does not say when an approval route was started within the Approval Routing view. Has anyone else overcome this challenge and if so, how did you do it?

Hi,when Fixed asset depreciation is calculated, it always round up to ,00.Is it possible to change number of decimals in the calculation?For example: 8625 € x 0,02083333=179,687, but it’s rounded up to 180 €.

Aurena Shortcuts prompt for variable

In EE we have shortcuts that refer to advanced queries which prompt the user to enter a variable, For example we have a shortcut that takes the user to Inventory Transactions History and prompts them to enter the Lot/Batch No, I understand SQL and Advanced Queries aren’t possible in Aurena however is it possible to prompt the user for an variable input? In EE this is possible by putting a & in the search criteria field We are currently using IFS Apps 10 - UPD 19

Problem with Additional views

Hello, Could you please give me advice? I have problem with Additional views, I created new CF in Entity PurchaseOrderLine, but when I run it it says that “The column vendor_part_no refered to in table t is not an approved persistent Custom Attribute”, but in additional views I edit switch toggle button in all entities which has OBJKEY available. This column is located in PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_ALL which is switched on in toggle switch. Thanks for your advices
