Running into a few different setup issues with call center (23R2 S2)It’s possible that an Assignee can be added to Queues that belong to Support Organizations which they themselves do not belong to. What would be the benefit of this set-up? Cases Queued to my Queues - Lobby Element - My Call Center The Assignee is connected to a Case Access Group with a restriction of Local. They are only connected to Support Organization A. Many cases exist with a Case Type of Global. The Assignee is able to see other cases that do not belong to their Support Organization in Cases Queued to my Queues lobby element. They are also able to Accept these cases. Why would this be the case? Is there a permission set that could be overruling this basic data set-up? Is there functionality defined for Case Completion vs Case Closure? For example, what would be the intended to benefit to complete the case instead of just closing it?

We are running the All Parts Cost Calculations for all active parts in a specific site, but we are having situations where the costs are not updating. I am having to go back to the Parts Cost page and filter on the Calculation Date and then select the ones that haven’t updated and run the calculations manually. Any thoughts as to why this is happening, or what we can do to have this function properly?

Session timeout, on the other hand, determines the duration of maintaining a connection when users access IFS Cloud in a high availability (HA) configuration, connecting to either server #1, #2, or #3.Could you please provide information regarding the current values for both IFS session timeout and application timeout in the HA configuration?Currently, I believe the application timeout is set to 60 minutes (the duration after which re-login is required if no activity is detected). In this case, what should be the appropriate setting for the session timeout value? Should it also be 60 minutes, or should it be set to a higher value?I'm asking this question for clarification and confirmation due to concerns that if the application timeout time (e.g., 60 minutes) exceeds the session timeout time (e.g., 30 minutes), there might be instances where users are redirected to another server before being logged out due to
I have a German sales person that is inputting an expense sheet in EUR but when she goes to send and confirm, she’s getting this error. She has an Android. The comma should be a decimal. This is not something that she can change in the app, this is inherited from IFS basic data. No one else is having this problem. I put an expense in on a US phone in EUR and it works fine. She has a German phone, that is the only difference. Has anyone else had this problem?
Hi,Currently setting up our Test environment (after a successful DEV walk through) for ARP in PSO.Within ARP we’re generating the shifts, but when using FSM to post the <perform_send_rota_data_to_dse> MPM I am not seeing any file create in our Input History or Input folders. I am not getting an events leading to tell me why, and no exceptions in the server logs. The ARP is enabled in FSM and all appears good with the resources being generated via the Initialisation. Just the MPM failing to do anything than give me a false positive.<perform_send_rota_data_to_dse_result> <response>Transaction Complete.</response></perform_send_rota_data_to_dse_result>But no RAM file created.Cheers Ady

Has any operators out there transferred an aircraft to another company and then tried to add it back to your fleet using the loader sheets and run into problems. We took the GDPR module in use in Apps9 and have used it with success. The challenge is making sure the data is solid before taking action. We had a custom quick report in use to see whose personal data would be handled (deleted or anonymized as per configs) and when. This report functions different now in Apps10 and needs to be remade.IFS core functionality for checking the situation beforehand was based on email notification in a way where one message per user per company per data entity (employee, person) per purpose was created. We tried it once and got over 2000 emails and do not want to use it ever again.What other verification methods are you using before the purges?`The aim is to make sure no premature deletions or anonymizations would be made and we’d like to see when and whose data gets handled. This is where the report is a nice way to do it, to have overall view at once whenever needed What other ways you are using? Does IFS Cloud have better core way than Apps9/10?
We are updating from FSM 6 v16 to v26 and are currently regression testing. So much of it looks good except for one area - opening Repair Center screen times out.It doesn’t matter if the unit selected was already available before the version update or if the RMA was created after, the result is the same. We can search without issue, but clicking on an item to open the screen times it out.Opening a related task on the task screen is fine using the default repair center screen instead of their modified screen gets the same result I turned server log way up to see if it records anything, but I found nothing conclusive as the culprit.Has anyone seen this or have other suggestions on where I should continue my hunt for a solution?Any and all ideas are appreciatedGeoffrey
Hello, Has anyone more detailed information on the full setup of the financial connector? I have done the setup to transfer Customer Invoices. I got to the point that the application messages are generated and xml files written to SFTP. What I don’t see is data in Transferred Customer Invoices Analysis screen. This makes me think the setup I did is not complete. I’d appreciate any feedback from anyone that worked with the Financial Connector before. when scheduling a project, dependencies are created between activities. The most common type of dependency is finished to start, which means that the activity cannot start until the predecessor activity is finished. When scheduling the project, the system considers these dependencies to plan the start and finish dates of the activities. Notice that start date had not change after activity 3 May I kindly know if this is due to a basic data issue.Thank youUdanee
We have received a customer request to enlarge command button sizes within IFS Cloud. However, for Command Buttons, it is not currently possible to specify the size directly. It is designed to accommodate the content and ensure a proper fit in the user interface.It's noted that the customer prefers not to utilize the zoom functionality. Are there any alternative methods available to adjust command button sizes?
