Hi, an internal material order is shipped by error to a Technician Van. Then to correct this in back-office, in the receiving line, they declare the line as “wrong Shipment”. In mobility, in the “Material order” screen the technician see those IMO in status “590 Wrong shipment”. Is there a way to NOT display those IMO ? Thanks

We use Sales Orders to deliver new hardware to the customer site, so after shipping, the hardware is in the Installed Base of that site. When doing renewals, we have also to remove scrapped hardware from the site. Therefor we create a Customer Return and wanted to scrap those items on Receive. The Scrapped option is in the drop down list of the item in de Receiving But we cannot select that option, this message pops up How can we “easily” scrap items from the Installed items following a logisitc process?

In 15.4 Browser Agnostic, on the Dispatch Console and right clicking on a tech, there is an option for “Assign”, is there a way to Deactivate “Assign”?

Is there a way to prevent the Customer Contract credit card info from being copied over to the renewal quote when the “Run Renewal” process is executed? This information is often out of date or not valid for the new quote so it would be better to not have to remember to clear it from the renewal quote.

Hi, For a customer, we have made some “improvments”, and one of those is to be able to have more than one e-mail adress in the service order. This field is part of the service order report. But from SU7, when more than one adress exists in this field, the PDF report fails. File is create with size 0k. Has anything changed ? Customer says that it was OK in SU4. We have an issue where manually added check list lines are removed from the service order when Cause Code is updated. The bottom two line sis from a check list that’s been assigned manually to the order (the top 4 are added automatically by Prod Category reference) On Mobile - 6 as expected: Setting Cause code: And the manually added lines get removed: This only happens to Check lists added manually to the order. We should have the bin 1, because we still have a part in this bin with an older reception date. It seems that the date used to calculate the FIFO, change if you make a new reception in the Bin. Hi we encounter some database lock since two days on a customer site, each time the blocking querie seems to be due to run of sp_ASTEA_ClaimLockSemaphore . When we look at this proc stock it seems to work woth the table ap_lock_keylock . ON the customer database this table contains more than 2 millions of records. Hi, the question below has been asked on february the 6, and our customer has exactly the same problem. For some service order, the status don’t change from “SA in route” when the SA start activity. Do you know the reason why we have such cases ? bskallerud has created a topic titled " Alliance 15: Service orders do not change status for some SAs " on the subforum Alliance . We have service orders where the status do not change from “SA in route” when the SA start activity (we expect the status to be On site). This is both in mobile and backend (Dispatch Console, Web Employee Portal). Set up?

We have our Product Center integrated with our “system of record” so the COST of items is sent over when ever it updates. We have the need to create Purchase Req’s for items that we do not have a “cost” for. When that cost is updated in our system of record, it is not updating in the Product Center since we have open purchase reqs for it. Is this a setting that can be updated on my side?
