Reports Printed to Local Printer always appear Portrait

Dear community, We have recently upgraded to IFS Cloud, and have found that every operational report that is landscape, i.e. the Arrival Report, when printed to a local printer, i.e. \\SERVER\PRINTER1, always prints in portrait, so the text is reduced to fit the report across the portrait page and there is a large space to the top and the bottom. When printing these reports using the Print Agent printer, the report prints landscape as expected. Has anyone experienced this and has found a fix for it?Many thanks, David.

Purchase Receipt Screen - Details - Menu Item Not Displaying

I Use IFS Applications 10, As shown in the image below, I need it to be displayed for all my users, in the Details tab, when right-clicking the Change Lot Batch No option, this option is only appearing for the IFSDAL user, I have already tried releasing it in Security, Database Objects, Inventory_Part_In_Stock_API, and even so I am not able to make the menu option appear for other users. Remembering that the image was accessed by the IFSDAL user, and it needs to be released to other users.

Document is not getting opened.

Hi all ,Set of users are unable to view document from the change request (through the eye icon ) ,no error message comes the document is not visible. The issue is in production and in test it works fine.These users can view the attachments through document revision through view document.May I kindly know if this is due to a permission or a basic data issue please .Many thanks Udanee

ProductStructureComponents nested entity records delete

Hello everyone,I have a nested cutom entity under ProductStructureComponent : I want that when I delete a Product Structure Component line, the nested entity lines linked are also removed. Do you know a way to do that ? I tried using a workflow but wouldn’t manage to trigger the workflow on ProductStructureComponentArray line removal. If using a workflow is the only way to delete associated records, can you let me know what projection or event can I use to trigger it please ? Thank you

Can Permission Sets Control Access to Specific Elements in a Shared Lobby?

Hello Community,We have a shared lobby with multiple elements, and we're looking to control access to these elements based on user roles. Specifically, we want to assign different sets of elements to different users within the same lobby.Is it possible to use the permission set option to control access in this way? For example:Person 1 should only see and interact with certain elements within the lobby. Defining a default team in shop floor employees by site but doesn't affect SFWB team clocking

There are ways to define an employee’s default team in Shop Floor Employees by Site. However, I have found that when you log in to Shop Floor Workbench by that team, you still MUST add people to that team BEFORE you can do any team transactions. Has anyone encountered this anomaly before? Has anyone developed a CRIM to transfer the employees listed as team members in Shop Floor Employees by Site to the employees on the team logged in to Shop Floor WorkBench?

Unable to find History Log data

On Shop Order > Control Plan tab we turned history log tracking on for some columns. The cells that I select are populating in the Record History / History Log. This issue is also occurring for a custom field created in the Analysis Results page. The results show in the oracle database, but I am unable to find them in IFS.We turned history log on for some columns in the material and operations tabs without issue we have had no issues, history log its functioning properly and accessible via View>Record History. This is true for IFS standard and custom fields

Work Tasks with pre-posting mandatory, objects on Steps

Hi, in IFS Cloud i have setup 4 PM actions that belongs to same PM Group Id and on the PM actions i have set the Merge to Yes, My goal ist to create a Route Work Order/Tasks with 4 steps-Then i perform Calendar Generation and all PM action ends up with 1 WO , 1 Task and 4 steps, on the steps, 4 different object exists ( from PM action).Also, the pre-posting on a Work Task is set to mandatory, but no pre-posting exists on the Task in this scenario, all the steps has “it’s own preposting” from the different object.When trying to finish the Task, an message tells me that pre-posting on Work Task in mandatory.Whats the correct setup for this scenario? The cost for material, hours .. should be devided into the objects on the steps.Please advise.

Error in Mixed Payment

Hi All,We are getting below error message when we are trying to approve the mixed payment. Here we try to write-off project invoice through a mixed payment. We have set pre-posting in project and those are available in voucher which is created for project invoice. But when the invoice is picked for the mixed payment, pre-postings values are not available in Matching Transactions tab. Even we are not allowed to fill pre-postings in mixed payment window. Include rebate transactions in periodical settlement

Hi,I have a question regarding our periodic settlement process that I’m struggling to solve. Note that we are using IFS apps 10.In Month A, we record sales on several part numbers, and a periodic settlement is created and invoiced for that month.In Month B, however, the customer returns some items purchased in Month A. When running the periodic settlement for Month B, the rebate transactions generated by the RMA are not included in the settlement.We contacted IFS, and they explained that if the net amount of a part number is negative, it won’t be included in the settlement. However, this still leaves the question: how should we handle this situation?Is there a way to manually include rebate transactions?

Hi we frequently run into issues when we need to update a project connection; once a customer order is already released due to this error message.Has anyone found a way to making changes to get around this error message?.The need to update is due to the wrong activity having been selected by the user in error.
