I have created a Scheduled Report from a Quick Report and set it to email myself however it will not execute. It hasn’t automatically created a background job for it either. Am I missing something?

Please check after creation schedule(wait about 1 min.) whether schedule is active or not.


I do have the same issue. The scheduled report says active. But no emails were sent.

No, this is still an issue. I’ve checked it after being created and let it run for several days and it never sends out an email. It says executed and everything looks like it works despite nothing being sent.


Have also experienced this issue. We are 23R1 and will be soon upgrading.


Have investigated further. I can see no entry in application messages for the handling of the email sending. There is an entry in report archive, but upon trying to show the document, error is displayed of ‘PDF not found’.

 

 


Just found error in Print Manager

Exception while generating Plugin Output Caused by: Error while rendering the report. 11 retries were made. The last error message is Server returned a status other than OK: 500 Message: Internal Server Error


We also had the same issue with scheduled Quick Report attachments and this was identified as a IFS Cloud bug and resolved in IFS 24R2 SU4.

 


Upon investigation, we have identified this as an IFS Cloud bug, which has been addressed and resolved in the latest Cloud 24R2 SU4 release.
