Hello,For specific advance invoices that come from our online store processing, we’d like that these invoices get automatically set to “PostedAuth”. Since this can be done by having those invoices print off automatically, I tried to create a workflow to grab the wanted invoice when one has been created via an event action, but whenever I attempt to call the Projection “CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling” with the call “CustomerOrderInvHead_PrintInvoice(NcfReference):ReportResultStruc” I get the following error ORA-00034: cannot ROLLBACK in current PL/SQL session ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_API", line 3139 ORA-00034: cannot SET SAVEPOINT in current PL/SQL session ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_API", line 2781 ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_API", line 3175 ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_API", line 3180 ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_FLOW_API", line 6610 ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_FLOW_API", line 2488 ORA-06512: at "

Hi All!We runned into a Purchase Requisition with an duedate which we could not understand.Hope someone in the community can help explain this.It seems somehow that MRP is not creating an requisition with dueadate earlier than an already existing Purchase Order. This is the scenario step by step:We had an customer order(-5902), which was placed well ahead. And we ordered the parts for that order, also well ahead. (duedate 15-5-2024, And Purchase Order-57 was created, also duedate 15-05) well ahead order placed, and PO released (MRP executed) So far as expectedLater, another customer ordered the same part. (Customer order -5903)This wanted date was before that ‘well ahead’order.’(Duedate 13-02-2024)The leadtime for the inventory part is 1 day. second Customer Order placed, MRP not yet executedso far as expectednow we expected that running MRP will create an Purchase requisition with duedate 13-02-2024.MRP for part settingsBut.. an Purchase requisition with the same duedate as the other p

Hi, I would like to setup an event to notify a supervisor when one of their assigned employees enters an absence request.  I have enabled the four standard IFS events below but in my testing none of the events are triggered when the employee enters an absence request. From Aurena, the supervisor can see the employee’s absence request using the Manager’s Services Lobby in Aurena so we feel as the basic data setup is correct.  Does anyone know if one of these events should be triggered or is this even possible using only a standard event?  For reference we are using APPS 10 UD12.  Thank you.

Hi I need to restrict the length of Address1 to 30 characters due to restriction when passing data to myTNT. I think this is possible by editing the address layout per country but cant find where. Address Presentation windows just changes the display size of the fields in the address popup but doesn’t change how many characters can be entered. The Address Setup per Country window also doesnt seem to offer this facility. Is it possibe? Many thanks!

Hi,I am trying to use the IFS SOAP Gateway with JSON format in IFS Cloud 23R1, however I am struggling to set the Application Message Header attributes correctly. Using XML format I am able to send the Header values (Sender/Receiver/Type/Function) as part of the Header in the SOAP_IFS envelope: Using JSON format it does not matter what I send the application message in IFS is created without the Header attributesThe above JSON is pure guess as I don`t know how IFS expect the Header attributes to be sent. I tried a few variations including purely converting the prior XML to JSON but had no luck. Unfortunately, the IFS Docs does not have an example for JSON format, it only has it for XML.SOAP Gateway - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudUnderstanding SOAP_IFS - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudAlso Rest API calls with JSON is not an option in this specific scenario as I want to use IFS Connect to queue/route the messages. So question is: How these Header attributes can be set when

Hi,We are using IFS Aurena version. One of our employees is going to be submitting a similar expense sheet every month for the foreseeable future. I was trying to find, if there is an easy way in Aurena just like IEE to either "copy/duplicate" a past expense sheet or save as a template or any other method to call up a past expense sheet.  Please advise. Kind RegardsNimesh

Hi,I try to create a customer address using Boomi and CustomerHandling projection in 23R1 I got everytime this error messageFailed processing original documents i0i in the IFS_DEVE connector: java.lang.Exception: All the keys should be given as input parameters How should I define the CustomerId parameter for CustomerInfoSet entityset for creating the address ?main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='{CustomerId}')/CustomerInfoAddresses I try using the supplemental string as described here https://community.boomi.com/s/article/Working-with-multi-level-objects-with-IFS-REST-using-Supplemental without success. Kind regardsGregory

Hello,  I am trying to perform ABC classification, frequency class for site and I am getting warning “no statistical information was found.” Can someone help me or share thoughts if you have experienced this issue?

We are using master schedule level 1 to maintain forecasts for finished goods, but we also have some forecasts for semi-finished goods. We found once we maintain forecasts for semi-finished goods, the requirements from finished goods for the semi-finished goods will be not considered. Is it possible to have both forecasts for semi-finished goods and requirements genereated from finished goods forecasts? Thanks a lot.

This question is maybe a duplicate of Is it possible to create a nested table for level 3 using workflows in a cloud environment ? | IFS Community but that question wasn’t answered. We’re trying to automate a process and need to create a SalesCustomerAddressArray record in a CustomerInfoAddress. The signature of the API call is below:CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='{CustomerId}')/CustomerInfoAddresses(CustomerId='{CustomerId',AddressId='{AddressId}')/SalesCustomerAddressArrayWhile the IFS Projection Call task can create the CustomerInfoAddress record as a Nested Entity easily, the SalesCustomerAddressArray record is a Sub Nested Entity which doesn’t seem to be available….yet. Has anyone ever run into this issue and what is the workaround for overcoming this issue? Was hoping there was a CustomerInfoAddressHanding projection but that’s not exposed.TIA,

Hello,@Mathias Dahl One of our customers has a requirement where they need to sign a document and forward it to another party. Subsequently, the other party is required to sign the document and return it to IFS.We are currently exploring integration options with a digital signature solution similar to DocuSign. I understand that this integration is under consideration.Could you provide information on whether a similar functionality will be included in the upcoming release?Additionally, if we intend to integrate IFS with DocuSign as a customer modification, are there any available resources or details that we can refer to?Thank you very much!

Hello everyone,I have a tricky problem for you.As part of a go live project with IFS APP10, we migrated the financial data, including the ledgers. We went through external assistant and everything went smoothly.Later, the finance team realised that for many rows the E code was the wrong one. So we modified the E code using Excel Add-in with the GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_UNION_QRY view. This worked well, so the E code has been modified. In the view GL Voucher Rows Analysis, the CODE E is good. All the CODE E are ‘EXTERNE’ But when we look at the view GL Balance Analysis different results from 'EXTERNE' still exist.  When We look at the SQL Query Tool :It is therefore clear that the 'accounting balance' view has not been updated. This table is used to summarise the balance. The balance has therefore not been updated. So I tried to recreate an excel add in to update the values using the ‘ACCOUNTING_BALANCE’ view tu update the balance. But when I want to execute the excel, an error message occurs :

In IFS Cloud we use SSO and have a business unit that just changed their Active Directory information as part of a renaming.  Once the AD domain name changed, users were no longer able to log in to IFS using the new domain name.Looking at the User Details screen in IFS we can see that although the Directory ID and email for the user were updated to the new AD values, the IAM User account associated to each user did not change.  This value does not appear to be changeable. When we delete the IAM User and the user logs in again using their new domain details it then works, and a new correct IAM User account is automatically created and associated with the User.  The new IAM User account is then included in the User Details screen. Is this the correct approach to align/fix IAM accounts for users after a domain name change in AD? Or is there something else that should be done instead (or in addition)? Thanks in advance,Nick
