Hi All,
i’m not sure what is exactly going on here so I thought to see if anyone has a suggestion on what is happening.
Situation:
- We have Service Contract ‘8’
- I added a couple of Service Lines
- Each service lines is associated with some Objects through the Scope tab
- Service Line ‘3’ has 1 object using the ‘Use Line on Structure’ option enabled (see printscreen - I also added a shot of the Eq Obj Navigator so you can see what objects are included in the structure of Object RTI250115-001)

NBow I go to my PM Actions. I already created 3 PM actions for 3 objects belonging to that tree structure (Object Id’s ending in -003 / -004 /-006).
Now I also want to create a PM action for Object -006 connected to Service Line 2 but this seems impossible. IFS will not allow me to select that combination.
When I select Service Line 2, the drop down is limited to Objects ending in -001 / -002 / -005 = the objects that were not previously used.
Why is that? Why would that limit my selection?

P.S. I did already put the contract in ‘Active’ and now in ‘Negotiated’. Maybe that makes a difference allthough I still think it shouldn’t… A contract under negotiation should also be changeable in this manner, correct?
And while investigating this issue I stumbled on some other strange behaviour:
When I want to add a PM action and click on ‘Find’ in the drop down menu of the object, we get a table of possible Object/Line No combinations. The table shows 9 options (despite the limit being 24 lines and using table view). Unfortunately, the table does not seem to be limited to those 9 because when you sort on different columns, you still get different line combinations that were not previously visible.
Does that seem like a bug? Shouldn’t we be able to scroll down the entire list and not be limited to a set of 9 lines when there are clearly more to choose from?

Looking forward to your feedback and suggestions!
Best Regards
Roel
