How to add the filter criteria in external file assistant?

Based on above, I want to be able to choose which Project when exporting the external file template.

Hello

You need to go in to your File Type details, then from there to External File Type Parameter Definition, to the Available Parameters tab.  From there you can add a 3rd parameter of PROJECT_ID.  Once you have added, you’ll need to go to the Parameter Sets Tab and add that new parameter in External File Parameters per Set.

BTW, I suppose PROJECT_ID is basically the field name on SQL?
