Hi,

Please help me figure out why the EBITDA lobby element needs a workflow.

The requirement is to activate the EBITDA standard lobby element in the Finance KPI section. Therefore, I’ve set up the Accounts in the EBITDS Accounting Structure. Nothing works. 

While the lobby captures manual entries, I believe there should be a way to streamline this process since it is a standard lobby element.

Where might I be going wrong?

 

​@CA9 all Industry Lobby KPIs need workflows that would be scheduled to run and calculate the measures based on some parameters. I’ve worked with customers in the past which liked the idea of built in Industry Lobby KPI, but when they found out they need to build a WF for each element, they gave up the idea.

IFS provides some workflows out-of-the-box but they’re covering just a handful of KPI elements. See below screenshot for IFS Cloud 24.2

The customer thinks the STD lobby elements should function as they are, but the challenge is convincing them to adopt a workflow.
