Quick question on Interest on Customer Invoices - after the Tolerance Days, is it calculated daily? If so - has it always been this way?

Yes, as per the IFS documentation interest is calculated daily after the tolerance days. Daily interest calculation seems to be a standard feature in IFS historically, persisting consistently across versions.
