Hi,
I am trying to set up e-mail event action when creating a new customer with customer category = Prospect but it doesn’t work.
I have attached pictures how I satt upp. I have tested with different value like ‘Prospect’, PROSPECT ‘PROSPECT’ etc but nothing work. When I took away Condition = and Value the mail triggas so it must be wrong syntax on value. Could someone help me to see what is wrong?

Please refer to the screenshots. The system successfully generates an application message upon creation of a Prospect.
Please check whether your Custom Event generates an application message upon creation of a new prospect record.

Thank you Abdul, your pictures were very helpful as I tested to change the attribute set up according to yours and it worked! I could verify that email message was created in Application message :-)
