I think this varies based on the project. I always create a scenario tracker where I can follow-up requirements, test items and what to do items.
I have added something i am using. That is not perfect but you can get the idea. To be completed page is for me what I need to do during and after company creation. This list is decided based on test scenarios and requirements.
Basically, you must create your own list according to your setup and analysis.

@Asela Munasinghe Did you get a copy of the check list? when I tried to download the copy it has an invalid xml header and looks like the link might of expired. I would love to get a copy to match against what I am trying to setup now.
