Is there a way to produce a list of current IFS Users as well as disabled accounts showing when the accounts were created and disabled?This is a SOX evidence requirement for our auditors.FND_USER doesn't hold any such dates; it just lists whether account is active or inactive. We use Single Sign-on, so no Oracle database accounts will be associated.Any ideas or suggestions

I need to import data into the the tables PLACE, PLACE_ADDRESS and ADDRESS from a single table in an excel file containing 1429 rows. I have set up an Import map for the task, and defined the appropriate fields in the map, aligning the relevant columns from the excel file and the columns for PLACE and ADDRESS, this works pretty well. Final step in the same map is to connect the PLACE and ADDRESS rows to the PLACE_ADDRESS table, definingPLACE_ADDRESS.PLACE_ID → Parent table/column PLACE.PLACE_ID PLACE_ADDRESS.ADDRESS_ID→ Parent table/column ADDRESS.PLACE_IDI have tried many different setups, but without success. Is it possible to add more objects to the object connections on a Non Conformance Report (NCR)?   We would like to add the shipment to the pre-defined list available in IFS.    

When deploy database files using IFS Solution Developer when do patch merging for IFS App10, we mostly get “Database code generation failed” Error as below and files are not deployed correctly in internal environments. Somewhere in IFS 10, each window knows which table or view it’s based on.  And, the navigator knows what to display in it’s list and which window to display when the user clicks an item.  How do I get a list of all the windows named in the navigator, the tables or views they’re based on,  and their Object relations?For instance, someone created a custom menu in window “frmPriceInquiryAnswer” and I need to verify it works (for migration to IFS 10).  Searching the navigator for something like that gets me to “Price Query” and it doesn’t have a custom menu.  Multiply this by a list of 300 custom menus, and you see my problem.In advance, thanks so very much!

Hello,I have a situation in MRO,  some Modifications found not included to tab "Modifications" in relevant Disposition Shop order. When I check I see those MOD REVs exist in Work Scope Task has been Obsolete but new revision has been created.Question is, if the “define work scope” consists an Obsolete modification revision will it not included to Disposition Shop order?Appreciate your assistance here. Thanks,Kasun

We are trying to get Trip Tracker up and running for a customer. On an expense sheet one can enter entertainment expense codes. However if opening Trip Tracker, there is no option to do this.Am I missing something?Regards,Steve

Howevercustomer has now mentioned that it is possible to run report from Sharepoint. Can you please confirmwhether if BA now support sharepoint? I am trying to set up a couple of permission sets related to the entering and processing a corrective action.  We’ll have one group that will only initiate the capa and enter the Investigation Data. I need to be able to restrict them from completing the subsequent steps (enter action data, verification data etc..). This looks pretty clear in the permission set, under frmNcrCapaActionsMain\Actions, there are 4 distinct options one for each step. I only have the “Enter Investigation Data” one checked  for this permission set. However when testing, a user with this permission set has all of steps available.If I go deeper and look at the Presentation Objects by Component the options for “Enter Action Data” etc. are not granted but the Database Objects for each of the steps are the same (NCR_CORRECTIVE_ACTION_LINE, NCR_CORRECTIVE_ACTION_LINE_API) so they are granted.Is there any way to limit the access to specific steps? It seems as this should be possible so hopefully I’m just missing it.

When changing attendance in Aurena Time Reporting my screen is configured with AM/PM times. How can I configure it as 24 hour scale??

We are on App8 SP1+.  We have some documents that require special handling if they are printed out.  I can indicate which documents require this using a field on the document revision.  These documents can be Word, Excel or pdf.  Ideally I would like to have a cover page printed automatically anytime someone prints one of these documents.  The cover page would always be the same.  As an example it might say “Confidential Do Not Distribute”.  Any ideas on how to accomplish this or other suggestions to accomplish something similar.Phil

In simple terms, we create a Purchasre Order Change Order (POCO) when we need to make a change to a particular Purchase Order that we are working with. The standard behaviour, even in apps 10 is that when a POCO exists, the user is always asked to make changes via change orders. If you try to make a change on the PO, then the system will give an error, notifying you that no changes are allowed when a POCO is connected, which is a valid error. A customer who is in apps 8, is concerened about this error and they are of the view that this error should not pop-up and the user should be allowed to change the Delivery address under the misc info tab in the supplier window, even if a POCO exists. This is not possible with the standard functionality. However, I found the bug 120640 which addresses this error which comes up when we try to change the delivery address on the PO when a POCO exists.
