I am trying to get a new employee set up at a Maintenance Resource.  I have created his User ID, Person ID and Employee ID.  These all match another employee that is already set up.

I went into the Resource Navigator and added him as a Person.

However, when I go to the Resource Detail, in the Maintenance Employee tab, his Employee ID does not populate, so I can’t add him to a site.

Does anyone have any idea what I am missing?

Could you please make sure , data are available in company,Site and Employee under “Connections” tab.

 


Values are fetched to here from person group connections tab.

Thank you!  This was the problem.  The company and site came over, but not the employee!.  When I updated, I could finish the setup.
