Privacy error from DEV environment in Build Place

Forum|alt.badge.img+6

Hi,
I use a DEV environment in IFS Build Place. I expanded its lifespan several times (it seems its age is about 90 days).
Now when I try to go to the welcome page of the environment, my browser shows an error about SSL certificate, it seems the expiration of SSL certificate on AP server. Is it possible to solve this problem?
Any information will be appreciated.

Thank you.
Best regards,
Kazu

Hi @CheKazuAz,

Since these environments get automatically created through pipelines, I don’t think there is a way to update the TLS certificate. However, you can just delete this DEV environment and order a new one.

Have a look at below documentation on extending the lifespan of build place environments:

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/020_lifecycle/070_self_service_options/040_extending_env_lifespan/

Hope this helps!

Hi Charith,

Thnak you for your comments.

Ok, so the longest lifespan of DEV environment is 90 days and I need to create a new one. I understand.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Kazu
