Hi,

This is because Crystal Reports or .rpt files are not imported to the database or the Crystal Web Service doesn’t fetch the layouts from database.

For Crystal Report layouts, the Crystal Web Service fetches the layouts which are stored on disk. Normally this disk location is in the machine where the Crystal Web Service is installed.

Only from IFS Cloud 22R2 you have the capability of importing Crystal Reports layouts or .rpt files to database.
