Dear all,We have an issue with multi-company project time reporting transactions (that we have newly set up)that are stuck with the following error.  The project time reporting needs to be reported for the same report code for different projects which is not allowed by the posting control as shown above. Is there a particular setup that we are missing in our basic data setup in multi-company reporting?  Kindly need your thoughts on how to tackle this.Thank you .

Hello  All I have an issue in Aurena for select people :Human Capital Management > My Self-Service > My Time and Attendance > My Time Registration - Grid ViewWhile trying to navigate  to previous  or next week I get a “Server Error” for /ifsapplications/projection/v1/TimeRegistrationEmployeeHandling.svc/LoadEmpData  Drilling in, it’s telling me {"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.","details":[{"code":"HTTP_METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED","message":"HTTP method 'GET' not allowed for this resource."}]}}Could it be  a permission error (this user has the same permissions as the rest of us)? One of my customers works with booking hours against projects. I was wondering if it is possible for the external resources to book hours in IFS, while they don't have a user id in IFS.They work with project teams (for their internal employees) to book their hours.I know that in some situations the supervisor for the temporary employee fills in their time registrationSo hours for Marc are not entered by Marc but his supervisor.However, I think it is more efficient if Marc could book his hours him self. Any option to do that?

I’m trying to undo customer order delivery , but the system does not allow me and shows the below error  

Community,Wondering why my resource planning is not showing up in my resource analysis window. attached the 2 screenshots. one is the expected result, the other screenshot is from my project window, you can see i scheduled the 1000 hours in project 1057, but in resource analysis window, still show 0 in my project.

Community,wondering whether IFS projects really has the restriction to the dependencies and constraint that you scheduled, or this is just for planning purpose, will not do any control on the activity behavior?for example, activity 1 and activity 2, i set the dependency between these 2 activities is Finish to Start. Does the system really will stop me if I start working on activity 2 (Release, create order, purchase receipt and etc..) before closing the activity 1?same question to constraint.  if the activity is set to Start Not Earlier Than….., does the system really will control user’s activity to the project activity not starting the activity until the date we assigned?Thank you.

I am desperately trying to find ANY training material for the Project and Contract Management Module for IFS Cloud please?I have referred to the F1 Learning and E-learning but this does not cover in depth the new functionalities included in IFS cloud, nor does it clearly define the process flow and ‘how to’ execute it in the new interface application. I have registered for these classes on IFS Academy however, there is no material available there either. I have asked multiple other consultants who say they are suffering with the same issue. Is there something which I am missing on how to get this?Is there a new policy restricting partners from obtaining this training material OR does it not exist? PLEASE HELP.  Thank you.

When a Project Deliverable requirement for a No Part Item is converted to a Purchase Requisition, the Order Ref 1 field is not being populated on the Purchase Requisition “No Part” Line with the Item No from Project Deliverables. When converting a Project Deliverable requirement with a Part Number, the Order Ref 1 field is populated on the Purchase Requisition No Part Line. This link is also needed for No Part Items.Refer the attachment   Having the Item No available at the Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and RFQ No Part line is critical because it functions as the link to the No Part Project Deliverable requirement (line item). Some of customer’s critical data is stored at the Project Deliverable line that must be passed to the objects listed above for reporting, matching and visibility purposes.Hence please consider this enhancement functionality in future release

Hey everyone,our customer has different machines that are subject to different maintenance intervals. These maintenance intervals are based on the number of operating hours. However, they are not always the same number of operating hours. For example, the first maintenance can take place after 250 operating hours, the second maintenance after another 500 operating hours, the third maintenance after another 1000 operating hours, and so on. How can different maintenance intervals be mapped for a machine in preventive maintenance?I assume that we are currently failing to correctly capture the criteria for triggering the PM and entering it in the work task template. Can anyone help out here? Many thanks in advance! P.S. the customer is working on the App10 environment 

What is the business reason for showing all projects in Project Management/ Plan and Execute/Project across all the companies even if a given user does not have access to given company ?

Is there a way ,user can still approve a PR (Authorization Type = Project Role) without having assigned him/her on the particular “Project Role Assignment”?Project Management---->Plan and Execute---->Project----->Role Assignments PR

Hi, When creating a custom tab in project window after connecting the attached page and the title, there is a + to add the relationship between Parent key and the child Key. But when the same custom page is attached as a custom tab in the project navigator page it does not allow to add the relationship between parent and the child key.    We want that  this to work from the Project Navigator. Any insights?

Community, I have a question here, not sure how to fix it.I have a project delivery created and I calculate the cost at in Project Item Navigator window. please see attachment “Project Delivery 6388307 Cost Roll Up”, so in this window, you can see the roll up cost $1758.2874, which is correct,  please refer to the second screenshot “ 6388307 Standard Cost”. now comes the question, why there is only one cost element “MATERIALS” available in the Project Item Navigator window, per the item standard cost, it should include at least Labor cost element, whereas it is not.wondering what I missed? Thank you.

Hi IFS Team,Because Project Delivery used to be able to do this, we have a customer that would like to know:Is there any plan for Project Deliverables in future IFS releases to include capability to move Purchase and Supply Option Items after starting supplies?I tested in a Cloud 21R2 environment, and it appears this can’t be done in either Apps 10 or Cloud 21R2 because:To be moved, the Item must be changed back to Planned status An Item can’t be changed back to Planned status while it has any supply object connectedFor example in Project Delivery this customer used a Phantom as a parent item and under it purchased several item/parts. After a part was ordered and received, they were able to click in the graphic tree on the part and drag/move it under a different parent item.Also in Project Delivery once a Shop Order was planned and before Materials were reserved to it they were able to move the material part off the Shop

Hi, The Edit all functionality is not available for the ‘Early start’ and ‘Early Finish’ tabs in the ‘Activities’ screen in the cloud.  However, this functionality is available in the ‘Project Transactions’ screen Yes, it’s understood that IEE client and cloud are not matched one to one.But for your reference, the replace all functionality is available in IEE in “Activities’ Screen allowing the users to do a mass edit.
