Same report layout has different formats in different data bases. Anyone know form where to change date format of Project Invoice Specification Layout?

This is marked with the FSM label, but I do not recognize the customer Hexpol. Is this truly an FSM product report or is it IFS Apps 9/10 or IFS Cloud?
