Hi all , I have uploaded text file properly using external supplier invoice assistant. Even if , the uploading successful , there is an error checked in external supplier invoice load information as follows. So , kindly accept your views on this to fix it. Thanks in advance.  

We have discovered that we cannot enter invoices and use the ‘copy unreceived po lines’ option when the purchase order is centralized.  No lines are returned.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

Am trying to create an approval routing for customer payment off sets where we usually perform write offs (Part of outstanding customer balance or all).I have created the object connection, and set the approval template up itself, but I cant seem to be able to apply the routing. Is there any limitiations with this funcitonality that doesnt allow approval routings to be used?? The options appear, but i cant select which template i want to use. Or even attach a documentHere is the object connection setup 

Have ato re-print a large batch of customer invoices that have already been created previously. How can we re-print these in one go, instead of going into each one individually?

Hi,we are trying to set a basic budget control for projects. The primary objective we want to achieve is, in relationship to a project, to stop a purchase requisition or a purchase order when their cost exceeds a predefined budget. I’m looking into how to create budget in Forecasting Module: selecting the project > creating forecast > choosing Cost Estimated on activity level and keeping the EAC Recalculated. After confirming and approving, I set the forecast as active budget. Then I enable budget control for the single project.Setting rules (in Project Budget Control Rules List window) I decide on which cost element the budget should apply.I would like to know, at this point is the budget already working? On which cost is the budget having control (Committed Cost/Used Cost/Actual Cost/..?) ? Is there a visual alert if a user attempts to exceed the budget? I don’t have the possibility to make proper tests right know, so that’s why I’m asking.

User has reported that they have acknowledged a posting proposal in NotifyMe on their iPhone but the transaction is not getting acknowledged.   The same transaction is in our TEST environment, so I logged into IFS EE as the user and acknowledged the posting proposal.Why can’t he acknowledge in the mobile app? ThanksShelley

Hello All, I am currently looking for a way in IFS to quickly understand the impact of material cost changes, and pricing actions that should take place. Currently, we change our material pricing quarterly. There is significant interdependence between our material cost and the pricing of our product. It seems that within IFS, we are looking in the rear view mirror, as we do not know the impact of the changes to material cost until we have made them. At times we are finding that our cost to manufacture the product exceeds the price we are selling to our customers for.  I’ve reviewed a few areas in IFS, but I have not found a module that allows you to evaluate the cost impact of a material price change. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyoneA customer uses IFS app10. I try to finde a Report or an analysing window which shows you the Postings of a certain inventory part. Right now i am only able to go into the inventory transaction history, go into the details, go into the TAB accounting and get the financial posting for it. This way i need to open every inventory transaction and write down the voucher number.In the window Dinstribution and manufacturing posting analysis I cannot search by inventory part.Does anyone knows the query for a quick report how to get the Inventory postings from the inventory transaction history, searching by inventory part number? Best RegardsSophal

Hi! Is there anyone that has configured a solution for archiving (pdf) customer invoices from IFS?In many countries, you are required by law to store a copy of your customer invoice in 7 years (or more), but we don’t want to fill-up the Report Archive in IFS to store the invoice pdfs (we send out approximately 800000 customer invoices per year in total for all companies in the database).The issue comes when you have to reprint an original invoice. If you use IFS feature “Reprint Original” it requires the invoice to be found in the Report Archive. And as I mentioned, we can’t really see the feasibility to store this huge volume of invoices in the database for a long time period.We are thinking of perhaps using a separate archiving tool, e.g. from StreamServe, for archiving pdf copies of the customer invoices created in IFS Applications. This will give us easy access and lookup options for historical invoices, without affecting the performance for ru

Using APPS9 We use the standard functionality to email our customer invoices out from the ‘Print Customer Invoices’ screen. Simple RMC and selection option to emailSome for whatever reason have failed and we would like to resend. Anyone know if there is a resend method? We can print, but that doesn't make the standard event fire.Alternatively - any clues on how I setup customer emailing of invoices via report rules?? Thanks

We are using APPS 9.Our user would like to be able to apply an earned commission on customer A’s account against customer A’s outstanding invoice. The invoice amount is $100.00 and we want to apply a commission of $60.00, that is owed to the same customer, resulting in a net payable from the customer of $40.00.  Note that the commission payable has not been vouchered into AP, it is sitting in another balance sheet account, so we cannot use the Netting functionality at this time.  I was hoping to use the Customer Offset process, create a WO code that we could direct to the GL account that contains the commission accrual, but it will not allow me to make a partial write off against the $100 invoice.  I would have to wait for the customer to pay the $40.00 before I could WO of the difference, and the user wants to be able to apply the commission before the customer pays the invoice. Any ideas other than using a manual or instant invoice that would credit the customers acc

Dear all, Is there a way to simply mark invoices so that they won't be involved in a Reminder propoal?I've seen that you can set the Reminder Blocked unitil in the window Reminder/Interest Info per Customer Invoice. Unitl the date set ismn't passed invoice will be excluded from a Reminder proposal.Is there a posibility to set this field in an other way?Or is there an other way to mark invpoices that they won't be involved  in a Reminder Proposal?I know that I can Exclude them when I've made the proposal but then I've to do that every time I've made a proposal. That's not what i want. 

Hi, I have following requirement, please advise If a supplier is 45 End of Month (45 EOM Payment Term) – they would be paid 45 days from the end of the month the invoice is received (i.e. 45 days from the end of April). So if an invoice was received today (2021-04-08), we would pay them on 14th June at the earliest (31 days in May + 14 days in June = 45 Days) .Please note that this payment term has been granted to us by the supplier  In IFS, if we check “End of Month” in payment term and set 45 Days as “Days to Due Date”, system give priority to “Days to Due Date” and then apply the “End of Month” as a result due date becomes 30th of May . BR Champika     

I have tried to raise an Instant Invoice but I am unable to add any coding for account/Cost Centre/site etc. What settings do I have to update to allow this?

Trying to set up the automation and facility to directly e-mail any manual/instant invoice we create. We have an e-mail event set up, but cannot get customer e-mail to pull through, which field should this be entered on to populate? Another way I had tried was setting up e-invoice in supplier card, the IFS Help section advises I can change the address after saving to an internet e-mail address, but I get an error when trying to change/save this?

Is there any way of having supplier credit notes default to zero payment terms?

Hello. When a PO is created and a no part order line is entered, is it possible to assign a FA object to this line so that when it is received into the system, the FA object is activated and the acquisition value is set?  I would appreciate assistance/thoughts on this. Thank you.

If I create an advance Instant Invoice is there a reason I cannot se it pull through to customers account or credit analysis?  

Does anyone know if can I fix a two line M voucher with a missing transaction code on one of the lines?  Line 2 shows ‘MANUAL’ which I would expect, not sure what has caused line 1 to come through as blank.  Any advice on what may have caused it or how to fix would be appreciated.  Thanks

We have an issue with occasionally selection the wrong tax direction for a payment, Tax received or Tax disbursed. Is there anyway to set up IFS so that dependant on whether or not payment is received or sent then correct tax direction is defaulted?

Is there a better and alternative process to intercompany invoices? At the moment we have a multi-step process to request/raise/send/process/match/post/pay or offset for intercompany transactions I am wondering if there is a process where the request can be processed in IFS and all transactions are posted from that 1 entry?

Dear All, When a voucher is cancelled or reversed, the corresponding Tax Base Amount is not populated in the tax transaction window for the cancelled/ reversed transaction. what could be the reason? for example - when the voucher is create, a Tax Transaction Id is created with the Tax Base Amount and the Tax amount and when the same voucher is cancelled the Tax Transaction created for the reversal only shows the Tax Amount, but not the Tax Base Amount. Please clarify?
