We received this error message “Case can only be modified by Trackers”. What causes this error? We received this error message in Finance and Shop Orders.

I too have the same issue coming from a shop order. I keep wondering if the SO is tied to a case but so far no luck and no insight.
I did a knowledge search and I found 2 cases with this error.
- We were able to fix the issue by adding the user to Support Organization basic data record.
- This user is not included as an assignee in Support Organization Basic Data.
