Dear All,   I am trying to run the “Multi Site Order” functionality but when the Customer Order is created for second site  then Supply code “Not Decided” is coming dud to this we are not able to proceed further. Scenario is Site 1 is getting the external Customer Order and raising internal PO for Site 2 and in turn internal CO will be raised on site 2. I have checked all the EDI/MHS settings, sales part , sourcing rule, internal supplier/customer etc but no luck.   Please help on this as i am stuck in this for a long time.   Thanks in advance! Hi,Is there a way to have the system reuse the pay term base date from the orignial customer invoice  when creating a correction invoice?Our polish sites would like correction invoice pay term base and due date to be the same as on the orignial invoice. Currently these are calculated again based on date when correction invoice is created.We are running IFS 10 upd14 Greatful for any advice!/Anna

Hi We are using IFS Cloud and there are users from different countries like Germany, Sweden, UK etc..They are using different region settings when displaying numeric values for an example in customer orders.UK 123,576.00DE 123.576,00 In IE we had regional Settings as below, I am wondering how to do the same in IFS CLOUD  

Hello,On IFS Cloud, I am currently attempting to take a custom field I created on the CustomerInfo entity, and have that appear on the Lead - CRM page. I have attempted to create custom attributes for the BusinessLead entity that references the custom field I created for CustomerInfo, which, using page designer, appears on the page, but sadly it does not populate with any data. I have also created a projection that takes the CustomerInfo/BusinessLead entities and maps them together by the CustomerID, but doing so does not help as this new Projection is not tied into the BusinessLead page. In the Configure standard projection page, I cannot search for the CustomerInfo entity, to tie it to the BusinessLead entity, as it does not appear.How exactly can you pull a custom field into a page that has a different entity?

I have two sites. One of them the customer orders wanted ship date is defaulting to the day of. The other is defaulting to the next day. I have to make them both for the next day. Any ideas on how this can be achieved? It must be set up somewhere but I have not been able to find it yet.  Thanks!

Hi all,For a customer in IFS9 we are looking for a solution for sales representatives.Currently there are not user in IFS, but they need some information while on the road to customers. They can find this information from Sharepoint, where a lot of documents are stored. This customer want to store these documents in IFS (not in Sharepoint anymore), so they are looking for a solution for them to find these documents. My first idea was to install CRM Companion, but I am not sure if they can manage from there. The solution is still under design, so not sure where we are going to connect the document to (sales Quotation, Customer Order, Work Order, Customer, etc.). They are not using CRM as a solution in IFS, they only want to find these documents in an easy way.So, any documentation of this app will help (in IFS9)Thanks I advance,Robert

We are using the Freight Interface in Apps 10 with IFS/Shipment.  What we’ve noticed is that the Freight Info on the Customer Order does not match the Freight Info on the Shipment.  When the Shipment is created the Freight Info is defaulting on what is on the customer.  Has anyone figured out a way to keep these in sync? 

Costs do not go up to form the sale par base price.

Hi  I have an issue that I would appreciate any help on. We have a crystal layout for labels that print with barcodes. If I print directly from Crystal they print fine and the barcode can be read by a barcode reader.That layout is setup as a quick report in IFS. When I print that label from IFS, the barcode is skewed and can NOT be read by a barcode reader. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks,Mike  

Is it possible to have a customer order “promised delivery date”  default to the current day if before 12pm and to the next work day if it is after 12pm? 

We disabled column chooser for a LTU and now the users do not have the ability to adjust the columns at all - is this all tied together?

I have end users that are creating CRM Cases and MRB Cases and the time stamp is way off.I cant find where to set the time zone for the specific users - you would think it would be going off our system time but doesnt seem to be doing so. In this screenshot the modified by time stamp indicates that it occurred today at 5:37am but really occurred during the 1pm hour. (8 hour difference) And on this one the create date indicates 4:19am today (10/27) but occurred at 10am. - only a 6 hour difference

Each year we provide our customers with a price list that includes:Part #’s they can order Base Price per part Customer Discount per part Net Price per partCurrently we have create a very complex query that provides all the logic from all the pricing logic to provide a list of all the parts. Ideally we would want to use the exact logic as Price Query but that is only one part at a time. Has anyone found a way to generate a price list for all parts for a customer that is using the price query logic? Our output is simply an excel file that has multiple rows of data for each part that customer can purchase from us.

Is there any automation within IFS Apps 10 to have open Sales Quotations go from Released/Revised to Closed after so many days?  We would like to have some built in automation for this but I wanted to check to see if anything is out there prior to customizing our software. Version IFS Apps 10 - Update 14 Thank You

Hi,The business requeirment is to enable additional sales of service attached to the sales of the product.For inventory parts, complementary part can be used to suggest relevant parts to be sold together with the main product.How can I solve the issue to suggest service contract / service/ extended warrany etc. as suggested parts when quote/sell the main product?Is there a reson why non-inventory sales part cannot be defined as complementary part?What risk can we face if we remove the code via a modification, that controlls that a complementary part is added as complementary part?//A

Hi, Can someone please suggest me whether the field ‘’order status’’ is not enabled as a search field in Customer order charges screen in IFS AURENA?I can see that we can search with order status in IFS IEE however in IFS AURENA we cannot enter anything in order status field in order to search in customer order charges screen.Kindly suggest me guys…Thank you!! Best regardsSoni

We are getting this error once in a while when a user uses the F3 shortcut to search customer orders. Any ideas for a fix? We can’t replicate it our selves.
