Hi experts,I viewed the Print work copy of Preliminary customer invoice. But I am getting Actual ship date line by line along with the sales quantity. How can I remove it from here?  Thank you.Darshi

I would like how to manage/maintain the customers account not valid anymore in IFS. In many cases it is impossible to delete this form system as there are other records (as business opportunities or leads) assigned to these customers. For now we created technical (not existing) sales rep but maybe there is better way to manage it.

Hello, We are currently using IFSv9, and we are exploring the use of ORDRSP Message Class to send PO Cancellations from IFS to a customer via EDI.  We have found that if we cancel the order at the header level - there is no RMB option to “send order confirmation” from the Customer Order screen.  If we cancel all line items, but leave header in “planned” or “released” status, and RMB “send order confirmation” the lines still show: <ORDER_LINE_RESPONSE_TYPE>Accepted without amendment</ORDER_LINE_RESPONSE_TYPE> on the XML. Is there a different Message Class that we should be using instead of ORDRSP for this purpose? Or, is there a way to generate the 855 for cancelled POs from IFS that will show it is cancelled on the xml?

CLOUD 22R2. Is it possible to add the notes inserted in the business activity when sending an email? test case:Open a Business acivity and add a note select ‘send email’ the system does not recover this note in the email. is it possible using configuration to retrieve this note in the email?Thanks in advance Lorena

Why cumulative order activation doesn't work in IEE in a view Quick Order Flow Handling, but it works fine in Aurena? 

We have historically used the plan to promise to rate our performance to our customers as well as our suppliers’ delivery performance to us.  Since we have moved from IFS version 8 to IFS version 10, we’ve had complaints from several of our sites that a change in the Ship Via will result in changes to planned and promise dates.  This is occurring on customer orders as well as purchase orders.Customer OrderIFS will change a planned ship date if the "ship via" is updated.This can impact production schedules.Purchase Order If you have a different Promised date from the planned delivery date (a supplier pushes it out and we keep the original promised date but change the planned delivery date).  If you change the SHIP VIA code - it automatically updates the Wanted and promised date to the planned delivery date.This affects OTD stats for suppliers as it recalculates promised dates. Is anyone else out there experiencing this issue?

I have few questions related to this point: Is there possible to open the records created in CRM Panel in EE (not in Aurena as standard)? Is there possible to connect to Orders/ Create orders via CRM Panel/ or add some e-mails to orders instead of saving them from outlook to desktop and then move and save in IFS? What permissions are required to have an access to outlook Panel? For Sales we grant CRM permissions which are in the conflict with CSC permissions. I have as well one question related to usage of EE/Aurena: is there possible to “move” Outlook to IFS and use IFS as an e-mail box? If yes, how can we benefit with such solution?

As Database restored, the above Tables are impossible to restore. All of them may not have business data. Igore those tables resored have no problem??Regards;Yasuda 

Dear All,   I am trying to run the “Multi Site Order” functionality but when the Customer Order is created for second site  then Supply code “Not Decided” is coming dud to this we are not able to proceed further. Scenario is Site 1 is getting the external Customer Order and raising internal PO for Site 2 and in turn internal CO will be raised on site 2. I have checked all the EDI/MHS settings, sales part , sourcing rule, internal supplier/customer etc but no luck.   Please help on this as i am stuck in this for a long time.   Thanks in advance! Hi,Is there a way to have the system reuse the pay term base date from the orignial customer invoice  when creating a correction invoice?Our polish sites would like correction invoice pay term base and due date to be the same as on the orignial invoice. Currently these are calculated again based on date when correction invoice is created.We are running IFS 10 upd14 Greatful for any advice!/Anna

Hello,On IFS Cloud, I am currently attempting to take a custom field I created on the CustomerInfo entity, and have that appear on the Lead - CRM page. I have attempted to create custom attributes for the BusinessLead entity that references the custom field I created for CustomerInfo, which, using page designer, appears on the page, but sadly it does not populate with any data. I have also created a projection that takes the CustomerInfo/BusinessLead entities and maps them together by the CustomerID, but doing so does not help as this new Projection is not tied into the BusinessLead page. In the Configure standard projection page, I cannot search for the CustomerInfo entity, to tie it to the BusinessLead entity, as it does not appear.How exactly can you pull a custom field into a page that has a different entity?

I have two sites. One of them the customer orders wanted ship date is defaulting to the day of. The other is defaulting to the next day. I have to make them both for the next day. Any ideas on how this can be achieved? It must be set up somewhere but I have not been able to find it yet.  Thanks!

Hi all,For a customer in IFS9 we are looking for a solution for sales representatives.Currently there are not user in IFS, but they need some information while on the road to customers. They can find this information from Sharepoint, where a lot of documents are stored. This customer want to store these documents in IFS (not in Sharepoint anymore), so they are looking for a solution for them to find these documents. My first idea was to install CRM Companion, but I am not sure if they can manage from there. The solution is still under design, so not sure where we are going to connect the document to (sales Quotation, Customer Order, Work Order, Customer, etc.). They are not using CRM as a solution in IFS, they only want to find these documents in an easy way.So, any documentation of this app will help (in IFS9)Thanks I advance,Robert

We are using the Freight Interface in Apps 10 with IFS/Shipment.  What we’ve noticed is that the Freight Info on the Customer Order does not match the Freight Info on the Shipment.  When the Shipment is created the Freight Info is defaulting on what is on the customer.  Has anyone figured out a way to keep these in sync? 

Costs do not go up to form the sale par base price.

How can I control Background job to avoid some users to relaunch job. 

Hi  I have an issue that I would appreciate any help on. We have a crystal layout for labels that print with barcodes. If I print directly from Crystal they print fine and the barcode can be read by a barcode reader.That layout is setup as a quick report in IFS. When I print that label from IFS, the barcode is skewed and can NOT be read by a barcode reader. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks,Mike  

Is it possible to have a customer order “promised delivery date”  default to the current day if before 12pm and to the next work day if it is after 12pm? 

We disabled column chooser for a LTU and now the users do not have the ability to adjust the columns at all - is this all tied together?
