CRM - Business activity, send email with notes

CLOUD 22R2.

 

Is it possible to add the notes inserted in the business activity when sending an email?

 

test case:

  1. Open a Business acivity and add a note
  2. select ‘send email’
  3. the system does not recover this note in the email. is it possible using configuration to retrieve this note in the email?

Hi @Lorena ,

Currently it is not possible to include notes when you send an email. Probably you can log an idea in IFS Community and we can check in a future cloud release.
