Can anyone please guide me for attached error i receive whenever i try to Undo customer order delivery in IFS 10

 

 

Hi,

we face the same situation (using IFS App10).

In my understanding, this occurs only when you deliver Non Inventory parts. It works for Inventory parts. I had opportunity to discuss with an IFS Consultant, he recommended me to open a case. I have not yet done this. But it remains an issue. I’m interested to share experience or mitigation (if any).
