Hi All,

 

Is any way we can Hold/Park customer order ,  irrespective for status of the customer order, may be picked/delivered/reserved/

want to put customer order on hold and than again should progress .

any best solution 

What is the benefit of holding a customer order? Especially with a status as mentioned. The inventory is locked for an indefinite amount of time. There for is part of total value of inventory (hence should be insured for higher price).

Maybe a solution would be to have a custom field that has the hold/active status. Only a few employees may change the value. If someone wants to push the customer order to a next status (let's say invoicing), an event would kick in and state that the order has a hold status (something similar to the credit hold situation). That might result in a lot of events to be implemented, yet doable I would say.
