Hi Team,

Have an Issue when

create a customer order with 4 customer order lines:

For the delivery information are all settings the same also the forwarder:

Shipment type is as follow:

So when release the customer order and check the shipment, all shipment lines are from the same customer order:

But in the general info Tab the Forwarder is not transferred from CO although the customer order is the same for all shipment lines:

Why is the forwarder not transferred from CO to the shipment?

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I think it should work if you add Forwarder as a Consolidation parameter in the Shipment Type along with Planned Delivery Date and Route.

Historically it has never been mandatory that it is the same forwarder when lines are consolidated into shipments, however you can control that by adding Forwarder as a consolidation parameter.

Best Regards

HI @Fredrik Johansson LKP ,

I would have expected that if the customer order is the same in shipment, the forwarder ID would be taken over and would have identified it as a BUG, but it is possible to add another customer order to the shipment and it would then be possible that there is a different forwarder. So it is correct that it must be present as a consolidation parameter for this to be taken over.

Thank you for the support.
