We have an audit requirement which requires to report the last login date and time for a user in IFS. In APPS8 we could get this information from the SERVER_LOG_TAB using the log category “IFS Sessions’. However, IFS cloud does not have this category as a server log parameter. There are some details in the IAM_LOGIN_EVENT_DETAIL_TAB but seems like it does not keep the long-term history of sessions. Can you advise how to get this data recorded and retrieved on demand?

We have a number of suppliers where our delivery terms are Ex Works, and we am looking to implement a process where we take ownership of the goods when they are dispatched from the supplier location. Currently we register arrival when the goods land at the destination. The requirement is to record the goods in inventory when the leave the supplier location, but also maintain a available date which reflects the transit time to the destination site. I am considering registering arrival at the point of dispatch from  the supplier and using an internal transit time to control the available in inventory date. Would anyone be willing to share any experiences in this area? Is there any functionality that i might be overlooking?

A. What is your idea?1) ClassificationChoose ONE: keep the applicable option and delete the rest.Opportunity for improvement2) Brief descriptionWhat happened, what is missing, or what could be better? Focus on the problem or opportunity (not the solution).Write here:In the Modern Event Monitor, users cannot perform ticket actions directly from the individual ticket view. When a ticket is opened, the details are displayed in a side panel, but actions such as Assign, Resolve, Close, or Waiting for User Input are not available within that view.To perform these actions, users must return to the event list and access a context menu from the selected ticket. In previous versions of assyst, a clearly visible Actions button was available directly within the ticket view, allowing users to safely and efficiently manage the ticket they were reviewing. The absence of this functionality reduces usability, increases navigation effort, and introduces operational risks when working with large ticket queu

Hi All,For all users & IFS customers who use 2c8 mapping tool, what are the top ways to apply it in an ongoing implementation? What are the the most significant use-cases where it has proven beneficial? At the minute, I am aware that 2c8 exists and can work in alignment with the IFS scope tool, but am struggling to understand what would be the best ways to utilise it.  Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi,I have an issue with a Quick Report in IFS Cloud and I would appreciate any advice.I created a Quick Report that retrieves data from the COMPANY_PERSON_ALL view. The data comes from the following area:Employee File / Properties / Free FieldsThe report is generated correctly, but when a regular user runs it, they cannot see the data in one specific column. The column that contains data from the COMPANY_PERSON_ALL view. What is strange is that I, as an administrator, can see all the data in the report, including this column.I have already granted the user permissions to Free Fields, but this did not solve the problem.Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Could there be an additional permission, security setting, or access right required for users to see data from this particular view/column in a Quick Report?I would appreciate any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.Thank you!

Hi, what is the standards functionality to track the budget expense, when initiating a Purchase requisition or a purchase order. There are scenarios at customer, where they will be approving their purchase requisitions based on the allocated budget for purchases for the year (as an example, to check if a certain purchase need exceeds the allocated department budget for the year, or how many is remaining etc).  Without going through a project connection, is there a standard functionality to cater this?Thank you

So I created a permission set. I granted the user the authority to create a purchase request and assigned this to them. However, although the user can see the screen, they cannot create the request. What could be the reason?

Hello.  We’d like to edit a value on a slide-out panel.  We’ve tried to find what “assistant” or page this might belong to, but haven’t had any luck. I changed the “default value” under several lists and groups for Return Type and none of them impact this slide out menu that I can find. Question 1: Is there a way to edit this from the Receipt page designer, or in an assistant page? Question 2: How do we easily pinpoint what the URL (or segment in Page Designer) is related to these slide-out panels for future reference?  I’ve spent probably 45 minutes poking around page designer without success.
