@Mathias Dahl  do you know if we have any officially supported ways of distributing Aurena Agent that doesn't require an internet connection. I know there are ways of distributing Chrome extensions without requiring internet but before I suggest them to the customer I would just like to double check if we have any officially supported way of doing this?

Hi, In Apps 10 environment we are getting an error for maintenance time transaction as below. “Period 2021 - 01 is not open for user group XX in Company XXX” Actually 2020 December, 2021 January, 2021 February periods have been closed already and at the time of closing these transactions were not there. Suddenly there transactions are appeared in the lobby and by viewing through ‘Work Task Posting Analysis’ window it shows this error.  Some of the transactions are at the ‘Reported’ status and some of them are at ‘Reposted’ status. Can you guys explain what is root cause for this issue and how to solve this? Best Regards,Thakshila

Hi,While creating a new employee via ‘Employment Assistant’ I am having the below error ‘Insufficient access rights. you cannot register Employee Employed Period data for the employee 700056’.I know it is not a permission issue because the error persists even after granting full IFS permission.Any help is much appreciated.Thanks 

Many sync jobs returned the same error.I ran the function manually, a different error returned. 

Hi, In FSM6, is it possible with the standard to display all tasks for a team (the team(s) of the technician) ?if no, what is the easiest customization that we could do for :to display all tasks not dispatched for a team ? to allow a technician to auto-assign task ? option : to see all tasks not dispatched in a map (on mobility) : is it possible ?  Thanks and Regards

Hello, We are using PDF inserts / Report Rules with our Sales Quotations.This works for us, but is there a way to make this dynamic, so that a document connected to this Sales Quotation (conditional) will be inserted into the PDF.We need to Include Custom Conditions with our Sales Quotation.This to prevent making a PDF insert for each document.We use SEND TO CONNECT as Default Printer.  

Hi, How can I add a new address in customer?(Aurena)    

Attempting to move the status of a Work Task to “Work Done”, receive an error message “Latest Finish must be later than Earliest Start”.  The Earliest Start date on this task is 1/1/2019 and Latest Finish is 2/5/2020, so I’m not sure what is throwing this.  User cannot go further to close the work task and/or work order.Same error is thrown when attempting to also close the Work Order.  Has anyone had this problem, not sure what to look at.

HiI’d like to know where the Planned Date comes from, i can’t find any reasonable answer.Planned Start on Work Task is a working day from calendar set on PM Action.Also Due Date on PM Action → Maintenance Plan is working day as well.Could you help to solve the mystery?

Hi,We have a requirment.We introduced a new tab in Aurena for the Purchase Order screen.In that new tab we are displaying all the attachments in Purchase Order Header, Part lines & Nopart lines (direct attachments & indirect attachments ).Now we need to create a command which open up an Outlook mail with the attachments mentioned above.We have observed the Business Activity Screen in Aurena where outlook mail is opened with some information but not loaded with attachments.Is it possible to open up an outlook mail with attachments loaded in Aurena? 

Hi community,For a customer we are implementing PSO.The aim, for the moment, is only to be able to assign and plan WO to the resources through PSO (using drap and drop and having a calendar view).The issue is it seems difficult for a final user to find the WO he created in Apps in PSO.Indeed the Id in Apps are not the same than PSO Id.How can we make that task easier for a final user ?Regards,Jeremy

Hello,Has anyone come across this error when trying to Accept a Service Quotation that has a No Part Sales.  The error occurs on RMB > Status > Accept Cannot update Ownership when Quantity Assigned has a value The error goes away and the service quotation can be accepted if No Part item is removed.   Thank you,Joann

Hi all! Does someone know a way to set up repeating surveys that have control over the answers a user provides? Our client needs to introduce the security surveys (security questions prior to starting to work). These surveys must come out every time a maintenance engineer begins to work on an Work Task and must take into account the responses (that is, if for any response it is not possible to start working safely, do not start the operation, or change status, and automatic time report). So far we have solved the issue of taking into account the answers using Action Flows in Workflows. Setting up a mandatory step that includes the eform and with terminating questions, we ensure that if a user replies No to a question such as “Do you have an fire extinguisher with you?” the survey will stop and can be re-taken once the place is safe. However a maintenance engineer can pause the Work Task (and so the automatic time reporting) several times during the execution (when the user goes for lun

Hello Community!IFS 10 - UPD8  --  Is there a way, without taking the presentation object, to limit new Work Tasks to:Prepare Work Order / Work Tasks Tab Report In Work Order / Work Tasks TabWhile NOT Work Task(s).  Why?  We have some unique Work Task guard-rails…..I’ve tried various combinations of Read Only, Mandatory, and Conditional Fields on the Work Tasks screen but those “rules” flow through to “W.O.” screens.

I have a question related to probably difficult problem. Since the beginning of 2021 for all the work task transaction we’ve been using posting rules based on re-posting functionality (final reposting have place when the specific event on work task is met).This solution is not good because the dates of the reposted vouchers are the same as sourced ones.Now we need to change the postings using work task cost code, which guarantee that the dates willcorrespond with work task finish (I set up such cost code rule together with WIP code).As we have now  hundreds of tasks (we can not close them now), then:I transfer all the transactions (finished, not transferred yet) using “old” posting rules. This will generate e.g. T1 with WIP accounts (not with WIP cost code) I’ll change the posting rules for the new once (based on the work task cost code with WIP) I need to change the characteristics of the transaction  in unfinished state but already transferred. Some of our users get this problem (not always) where attachments in the CO or PO are not shown.  Circled in blue below.  I tried things such as clearing the 2.0 folder, etc. But this user gets the issue time to time.  Do you know why?
