Hi

I’d like to know where the Planned Date comes from, i can’t find any reasonable answer.

Planned Start on Work Task is a working day from calendar set on PM Action.

Also Due Date on PM Action → Maintenance Plan is working day as well.

Could you help to solve the mystery?

Hi,

Can you check the following ?

We need to check if the planned dates entered are valid in the calendar connected to maintenance organization used in the work task as well.

  • Note down the maintenance organization and the site of the work task.
  • In Service and Maintenance\Basic Data\Organization Basic Data, query for the above maintenance organization and site and get the calendar ID.
  • Navigate to the calendar and check if the planned dates entered in the work task are working days. If an exception has been entered, please check if the planned dates are holidays.
  • In the maintenance calendar, if one of the planned dates are marked as a public holiday / off work day, then this can be the reason for the error.
  • Then you will have to adjust the planned dates in the work task to valid working days.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Thilini

Hi,

Further to above answer, if the planned dates are included in the calendar as a public holiday, then may be either you can modify the planned dates or you can try removing it from the exception list and check whether the above issue gets solved as a temporary solution.

Thanks and Best Regards,
