Add a new address in customer

Hi,

How can I add a new address in customer?(Aurena)

 

 

You’ll reach the address data in the navigator and from there you can create a new address.
 

Then you create a new address by clicking +
 

Please find below steps.

1. Click new button found just below address ID.
2. Enter Address id and click the edit button in the address area.
3. Enter address details and save.

I’m not seeing the same behaviour. I only get the pop-out window if I hit the edit (pen icon) button next to ‘Open Map’ in the address section.
Which Upd are you on? Do you have anything setup for China in Application Base Setup\Enterprise\Basic Data\Address Presentation (IEE only)?

It seems the option is not available in App 10 aurena . 

In app 10 it seems you need to use IEE for it .

It’s available in Cloud version

Yup, as mentioned, IEE only.
