Warranty Chargeback Voucher

Hi,

While doing warranty claim process, after PO approval and posting, Charge back voucher is not creating.

I have enabled ENABLE_WARRANTY_CHARGEBACK to Y and WARRANTY_CHARGEBACK_WHOSPLACE value also provided .

Can anyone please guide me how to create warranty charge backs vouchers automatically.

Hi @Ramya ,

Be sure that the ‘Place ID to Bill’ is pointing to the place who need to receive the Warranty Chargeback Voucher/Invoice.

If that place has defined a Who's place which is also defined in the app param WARRANTY_CHARGEBACK_WHOSPLACE, then it should create the Warranty Chargeback Voucher.
