Hi community,

For a customer we are implementing PSO.

The aim, for the moment, is only to be able to assign and plan WO to the resources through PSO (using drap and drop and having a calendar view).

The issue is it seems difficult for a final user to find the WO he created in Apps in PSO.

Indeed the Id in Apps are not the same than PSO Id.

How can we make that task easier for a final user ?

Regards,

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

Yes, you can setup this in Administration > Organization > Lists

Select the List Type = PSO Workbench - Activity Columns

You can add a new List Entry there and set the relevant additional attribute in List Entry Value.

Sajith

Hi Jeremy,

From PSO point of view, if WO id and PSO task id is different, one option would be to send the WO id as an additional attribute and include that in PSO activity label.

Hi Sajith,

Thanks for your answer.

If I understand well we need to do a dev for that right ?

There is no way (through configuration for example) to display the WO/task Id in PSO ?

@Sajith Anushan we tested the attibute solution and indeed we can find the WO ID and SEQ NO in PSO but only through the activity details screen. Is it possible to add a column in the activities screen to display attibutes info ?
