Employment Assistant - Access error

Hi,

While creating a new employee via ‘Employment Assistant’ I am having the below error ‘Insufficient access rights. you cannot register Employee Employed Period data for the employee 700056’.

I know it is not a permission issue because the error persists even after granting full IFS permission.

Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @NMALKI ,

    Have you tried granting HR Application Manager access available in the Company Access window.

    Hello NMALKI,

    This information should already have passed to you I assume.

    Check for your customization (VYPELK  C_M-ABG008-1, Override Emp_Assistant_Finish). According to the customization, when creating an employee, the system checks whether the user is available in several companies (90,00,01,02,03,04,06,,07,08,,09,10,11,64). After added the user to all the companies you should be able to create the employee.
